So far so good

So far so good. Got Verizon Visible a month ago. I’ve had no problems with the phone service or the Internet. Above all affordability was very important to me. I can afford this.

Conexión clear sound

I been to another company before for many years i wasn't sure to switch..... after i switch is been really good conexion,,, special travel to mexico..it work really wonderful....thank you visible... company

Theifs.

This company canceled my service and would not refund my money because they said the phone I had been using on there service for 5 months was on a lost or stolen list. So they turned my phone off. Refused to activate a different phone I bought to replace the black listed phone.

Bad service....

My service is actually horrible. My text messages get received by the other person super late. My phone won't make calls sometimes because it says it's still on the other network, I have to try again and then the call goes through usually the 2nd time I dial a number. My phone even moves slow since I have gotten Visible service. I mean true it is $25/mo. so in that regard I can't really be too upset. The service does need some help though.

visible needs human contact for people that have their service

My experience of visible I only was with you for less than a month because you have no humans to communicate with and I found that extremely frustrating and I immediately got out of the system because it was not working for me and then I went with another company carrier and I changed my phone. I got a new phone and actually got a new phone number and you continued to charge me for a phone I wasn't even using and a number I didn't even have. so I have not appreciated my experience with you folks. I don't. I don't find automated systems easy to work with. humans are much better.

Good price but some issues

The monthly price of service is much better than the price we were paying with our previous provider. However, I switched 3 phones on the same day and we are charged 3 different prices. In not sure how to get all of us the best price.

Switching carriers wasn't as easy as it was portrayed. We had to travel to the previous provider to get help from them.

Our service/reception is not as good or strong as it was with our previous provider. When we have tried to use our phones as a hot spot, the service is inconsistent.

There are places along my daily commute that consistently drop calls, but coverage is very similar to the previous provider. All in all, I'm satisfied with the coverage in my local area although I've not traveled more than 150 miles from home while using V's'ble.

Long ago, I had the greatest deal in the world and bragged to everyone. I was paying $30 completely unlimited everything, using Verizon's service through Visible for less, with amazing attentive customer service that was quick, professional, knowledgeable. Then everything changed when the fire nation attacked.

Visible is now the absolute worst service I have ever experienced from a company. It's been about 2+ years since they switched their customer service experience to primarily chatting with an absolutely idiotic AI that gets you nowhere, going in circles, virtually impossible to finally reach a real person. I also experienced the world's most inconsistent coverage from October 2025 - now (April 2026) with zero support, almost never even having coverage in my own home, and when Verizon customers received a refund for an outage, Visible customers received nothing.

I finally decided to make the switch to a new carrier this month. I reached out the last week of March or first week of April, to confirm that my phone is unlocked. After THREE HOURS, and an escalation, they confirmed for me that my phone is unlocked and that I will have NO issues switching, that I'll just need my account number and pin to port my number out. So with the assurance I wouldn't have any issues, I switched carriers and ported my number out, only to find out I couldn't use my new eSim. The new carrier, Mint Mobile, took LESS THAN one minute to look and find out my phone was LOCKED. They couldn't do a single thing about it and I had to reconnect, through 10,000 hoops, to Visible's customer service. First suggestion from the first person? Do a factory reset of my phone. Absolutely the HELL not. I said we're going to try every single other possible thing first. They escalated and then told me after another several hours that it was locked through VERIZON, that it was still locked when they sold it to ME, and that I had to drive to a physical Verizon store with proof of purchase. I went out of my way to do that, to be told to go to a different Verizon store, a flagship store that would be able to help with Visible. I did that. They CAN'T because they're NOT VISIBLE, and they verified with absolute certainty that ONLY Visible could unlock the phone. Visible then comes back with, we've put in a request to unlock your phone, which will be approved within 3 Business days. Get that - The REQUEST would be approved within 3 business days, not the phone would be unlocked -- also, why the hell didn't you request that the FIRST TIME I ASKED instead of LYING TO ME that it was unlocked to begin with!? It takes them 2 days to unlock the phone. I STILL can't use the new eSim with Mint Mobile. Visible tells me, I have to use a PHYSICAL sim card. WHAT THE HELL, I've said 10,000 times that it's an eSim problem, now they want me to what, wave a magic wand and conjure up a physical Sim? My coworker turns on Dev mode in my phone and digs in settings, and there's nothing he can find to help. I ask Mint Mobile, can they get me a physical Sim before my 7 day trial period ends? 1. No, they f*ing can't. 2. I've already paid for the eSim and it'll be an additional cost. So now I have to just outright CANCEL Mint Mobile, when I already ported my phone number out to it, and my phone number I've had for 15+ years is now out in limbo and I'll never get it back. My only remaining solution, if in fact I *HAVE* to have a physical SIM card, is to go to a local storefront for a major carrier and accept my fate that now I have to pay significantly more for unlimited service than I have been for the last 6 years or was intending to. Manage to find a Verizon that's open, bite the bullet, and ask to re-join Verizon. They get me signed up, get the sim installed, it's working, great.

You'd think that would be the end of it other than the FRUSTRATING process of having to now update everyone, and everything I use, with my new number. Nope! This has also resulted in my RCS settings getting f*d up and I spend about 3 hours with Verizon customer support on day 3 of this saga to get that fixed. And it's going to take weeks to months to update accounts from my old number which I had for over 15 years!

And for all of the first 36 hours of all this I had NO mobile carrier at ALL because of Visible. I couldn't make/receive calls or texts, couldn't use my GPS, couldn't make a call in an emergency if I'd had to (if I'm out, I wouldn't have wifi, and even if I had wifi, there was no way at all to make calls from my number). They left me effectively stranded, blamed everyone else, had me physically running around town, refused to have a real conversation, and every interaction took 7-10 minutes between responses with entirely - ENTIRELY - different results every time, NO ONE is on the same page here!

Review of Visible

Great wireless phone service and signal coverage for the cost. However only so-so customer service. Contact with Visible is only possible via Chat and only by selecting pre-determined topics. I had questions that were not directly covered by the pre-selected topics, but for which there was no means to resolve

Coverage and signal strength is much…

Coverage and signal strength is much better in our area with At&t, but they cost a lot more. In our house we have 2 bars 5g vs att with full signal. At work I might get 1 bar 4g vs att full 5g signal. Outside is fine and we get good signal with 5Guw. Also frequently have issues where text messages never go through or get delayed. And sometimes we miss calls that never ring and the caller tells us went straight to voicemail with no ring at all. We see these issue across all 3 phones (iPhone 11, iPhone 17, Galaxy S22 Ultra)
