I travel on weekends to Mexico. All i can say is: WOW. Im in love with visible and how fast the internet is. I usually share internet to my 2 kids ipads to play ROBLOX (wich consume a lot of mbs) and its always fast and reliable. IM IN LOVE!!!! 3 months with the service and im willing to stay forever...
also i can add: i have been with tmobile, metro, cricket and att.. none of them worked at my home area... Only t mobile but they canceled twice my line since I used it a lot in Mexico..

It's been 3 months with Visible no issues. Pricing is great and customer service has been good. Worth it so far for sure.

Phone service is excellent. We’ve never had a dropped call. We use the hotspot exclusively for our internet service. Connectivity is very good and speed is fast. Only occasionally does it take a few tries before it connects. We’re 100% pleased!

Best coverage, customer service, and price. I recommend this for everyone. I love not having a contract with hidden fees. I pay for 12 months and get 1 month free!!

Great service

I've had visible on this phone now for probably 2 or 3 months. I previously had it on another phone for about 4 years. It's a great dependable service at a very reasonable price. No hassles would highly recommend it and have been thinking about getting a second number phone for backup.

Very easy to set up, cheap, and I notice no difference from my Verizon service. Plus I have a hotspot now.

The $25 plan is awesome!

Best price and service for single people that do not need 4 phone lines.

This was the best move we made for our family phone plan. We have not had any issues and switched over about 2 months ago. I have told several people about the plan.

Easy transfer from Verizon. We both bought new phones, which was also super easy, and the service is no different than when we had Verizon. The only difference is the cost pe4month. Love it, and have told many people about it.

been with visible bit over 3 months,,, great cell service even better customer service.. had issues with my phone and they work to make sure got corrected no issues since all other companys i have had just made excusses and bs ... finally found a home im rual ky my best cell service yet

It was suggested to me that if selected the plus service for $45 month I could use multiple cell towers from the 3 big providers; AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. I’ve been traveling all over in West Virginia and it’s not working as advertised. I had Visible in the Western United States several years ago with a $15.mo plan and never had a problem. Maybe a bit slower due to holiday users. I’d like to be able to speak with a human on the phone about this. I miss my old Visible service.

Visible is a great service with an amazing price. I wish I had switched to them years ago…

Everything would be perfect, but unless I have wifi somewhere, my apps don’t work half the time

It’s great service it don’t cover all over but it’s worth the price! Only issue is trying to make payment

I am able to receive all regular text messages and verification codes from other services, but I cannot receive any SMS or verification codes from the DMV. This issue started after I ported my number from Google Voice back to Visible.

I have already contacted customer support, but the issue remains unresolved. This problem is preventing me from completing important DMV tasks.

Please escalate this issue to your technical team and help resolve it as soon as possible.
