I have been using visionary fragrances for a few years now and wouldnt go anywhere else tbh, fast delivery, quality products. The reason I like them is the fact that the perfume/aftershave/colone your buying is real, there not copy cat fragrances. I get to try all the top colones for a fraction of the price they retail at. Aswel as having all the top designers brands you could think of, maybe research some popular luxury brands from around the world and add them to the menu,for example... baccarat rouge.

Great way to try a fragrance without having to spend a lot of money or tracking down samples in stores

I ordered from Visionary Fragrances and my package was confirmed lost in transit by the courier (DHL/Bring), who told me the merchant had to file the insurance claim and issue my refund.
The seller ignored my emails for over a week and only responded once I opened a PayPal dispute — promising a refund "today" that never came. He kept stalling, forcing me to escalate to a formal PayPal claim.
Only after PayPal imposed a hard deadline did I get my money back. PayPal closed the case in my favor.
Save yourself the headache. Buy from a seller who values customer service and accountability. Avoid Visionary Fragrances.

Amazing sample store. No real issues. Always great customer service as the owner is a lovely guy and very professional. I would give 5* but sometimes it can be up to 5 working days for a sample to arrive which I don't personally mind as I know the owner is a good person and always delivers. In truth I think he's run off his feet which is understandable and I have no issues continuing to use this store. He is also top 2 in the UK for prices. I highly recommend this Samples Store. I genuinely enjoy buying samples here and be reassured that you will be getting 100% Authentic fragrances too unlike some others highly recommended 👌 Sorry I gave 4 stars but it's about time you employed someone to help you with your mass amount of orders George 👍 Great guy though and always been amazing with me for what could be up to 2 years almost I've used this site. I should give 5* truthfully but if George (owner) got some help and sent Samples quicker I reckon he would be in the top 2 sample stores in the whole of the UK and the 2 I mention are as good as each other I couldn't pick 1st. Just don't hesitate when it comes to being cautious. Trust this company 100% as its absolutely fantastic and probably best prices and takes 1st place for the 2ml samples prices. 👌

I am very grateful to George and his company that I took longer than usual to write a review because he deserves it. I would not stop using this company because I know George is a true good human being and his customer service is second to none.

Always Excellent...With Every Order

Fantastic decant site!

I've ordered from Visionary Fragrances for years and have always been happy with the quality of service. The decants are packaged well, delivery is quick and there's always a wide range of fragrances to choose from.

Delivery could be a bit faster, took 9 days to deliver, but the quality of the samples is really nice, and the selection is big enough as well. Overall really satisfied, just at least some note of date of delivery would be nice.

I have always had a great experience with visionary fragrances. They have a great selection and a a great balance of niche, designer and affordable options. The packaging is great and I have never had any issues with leaks or breakages so far and delivery is always very prompt. Can't recommend them enough
