Got all the samples, I have ordered. They are a little bit slow (or maybe it is the post, hard to say) - from order to delivery took full 2 weeks, but the samples are otherwise hard to get, so after all I'm satisfied (and already ordered again)

Perfect Customer Service!
I ordered some samples from the website, but my local carrier made a mistake and lost the package. I contacted Visionary Fragrances and told them what had happened. They immediately replied and send me some new samples without any extra cost for me, they even included an extra free sample, even though the mistakes wasn't theirs.

The product arrived as agreed. Really smart concept where you can try a sample cheaply before buying the big bottle. Much better to test a perfume this way than in a store.

You can trust this e-shop.
This is the only e-shop I could find on the internet with the 10 ml versions of Burberry Hero both EDT and EDP
Thank you George for the possibility to buy a medium amount of 10 ml. Other e-shops had either too little (2 ml, 5 ml) or too much (50+ ml)
I received my order in 12 days to Czechia in the holidays period (ordered on 12/17/2023, received on 12/29/2023)
