Stop sending unwanted sweets…

Well I had contacted before asking for sweets to be sent in the parcel, Everytime there are sweets. A waste of money. They go in the bin. also I had complained about the huge box packaging for just small box of contact lenses. My letterbox has been broken and I had to replace it. Why use huge boxes when it's more cardboard too.
I'm happy with the quick delivery, been ordering for years but please stop this expenditure and inconvenience.

Truly excellent quality and value for money!

Truly excellent and value for money! On a number of occasions the order has come the next day. I am always happy to deal with Vision Direct because you get what you paid for quickly. The lenses and cleaning fluids have been great. Im wearing my dailies today, very pleased with the clear vision they give me and forgot they were in. I highly recommend Vision Direct!

They say've they've shipped it, but no delivery.

They say've they've shipped it, delivery guys say they haven't received it. Now total silence, they've taken nearly £100 and no product. They used to be reliable, not anymore it seems.

Amazing delivery speed

Amazing delivery speed. I realised late on Friday that I needed lenses before my Monday holiday. They even deliver on Sundays, so I ordered and they arrived the next day — faster than I expected.

Horrific experience

The lens cases were delivered unwrapped in separate, unassembled parts

I've been ordering from your site many times. It was always quick and good service.
However, this time I was unplesantly suprised as the main packaging was not fully sealed. Inside, the lens cases were not individually wrapped and were delivered in separate, unassembled parts.I am worried about the hygiene of the unsealed items.
