Placed an order on the 30th January with 48hr delivery. Finally received it on the 14th Feb (delivery note confirmed it was dispatched on the 13th Feb). During this time I emailed the company 4 times & was ignored every time, meaning I had to order all of the items again from somewhere else because I needed them the week I ordered them. Absolutely ridiculous company, my advice - AVOID.
Paid for next day DPD delivery. Order arrived 4 days later. Emailed the company for refund of payment for next day delivery x 2 but no response at all.
Complete scam. Paid express delivery and received nothing. Refund request ignored. Products are not in stock. Phone number doesn’t work.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
🚨 steer clear. Item ordered and told I'd hear when it was dispatched but didn't. Tried to track via their tracking called 'SHOP' said parcel delivered 2 hours ago. It was not. Constantly trying to chase to resolve. Call help number and it says service not available and to call back later. Do this and it just does the same. Emailed and no response. Give them a miss.
