I had a great experience the whole time through. We were able to get panels installed and, after some expected delays from the city, our panels are on and running. Great time throughout

Panels were installed October of last year. They are not working properly. We have been paying Duke energy and for the panels. Vision solar has not fixed this.

Axel was excellent. As he walked in my house he asked if he should take his shoes off. He did not mind to do so. Explained everything in a way I could understand, would recommend to many people. Very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy and will be moving forward.

So thankful I went through with the process with Charlie and Dunbar! They guided me through process hand and hand. Don't look anywhere else if you are interested in solar! Ask them about their military discount!

A sales representative from Vision Solar visited my property to discuss the potential installation of solar panels.

At the time, I was preoccupied with building a shed on my property, which unfortunately diverted my full attention from the sales presentation. This should have been cue number one that a reschedule was necessary instead this circumstance was exploited by their salesperson, who employed aggressive sales techniques and failed to provide accurate and transparent information regarding the costs involved.

During the presentation, the sales representative misrepresented the total cost of the solar panel installation, providing me with incomplete and misleading information. I later discovered that the actual costs were significantly higher than what was initially communicated.

They would not own up to their miscalculations, though they would not confirm the math used to get their estimates for credits. Luckily, I was able to get another quote from a more reputable company that was able to show the math behind their calculations and provide transparency and honesty.

This deliberate misrepresentation eroded my trust in Vision Solar as a reputable provider. I would urge anyone considering working with this company to stay very very far away.

Furthermore, the sales representative employed high-pressure tactics throughout the interaction, creating an environment that left me feeling coerced and rushed. This was specifically done by telling me he was providing a one time offer and needed my click to sign before he left. Of course, he also had with an impending appointment on his schedule giving me a more rush timeframe to think about things. As a result, I was unable to thoroughly evaluate the terms, conditions, and alternatives available to me.

It is evident that these tactics were intended to exploit my distraction and impede my ability to make a thoughtful and rational decision.

As a consumer, I firmly believe in fair and transparent business practices. The actions of Vision Solar infringe upon basic consumer rights and protections.

What makes matters worse is their customer service/cancellation team and their blatant disregard and neglectful behavior in reaction to the matter.

In speaking to the first representative, he asked me if I would ever go to a cell phone store sign a contract and ask to cancel it. If that gives you any insight as to the level of disrespect, they displayed in wasting hours upon my time and days of effort to go through and make matters right while being berated. Save yourselves grief.

Zack was very informative and showed me how I can save alot of money in the process.

Your Representative that I spoke with was very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the process. Answering many of my concerns. Pertaining to the insurance aspects of placing the system on my roof in case of storm damage and the replacement of a new roof. He also explained the different types of solid systems. Charlie was very personable and very pleasant to speak with. He seems to have a real knack to be able to relate to people. Actually enjoyed the time spent with him!

John Griffin is one of the most extraordinary professionals I have ever come across in my life. I have dealt with numerous professionals in my life. John ranks among the top 1% of the exemplary ones that I have had the honor of getting to know. I have had the privilege of knowing him for two months. Within that short period, he has impressed me with his incredible skillsets and his motivational approach. He is an embodiment of professional excellence and conscientious perfection. His maturity level as an individual and a consummate professional is truly unparalleled and extraordinary and way beyond his tender age. He effortlessly uses his inimitable personality traits to forge strong partnership qualities as an able and relatable Project facilitator. As my personal Project Manager, he meticulously gathered all of my concerns and questions and charted out a robust plan that would provide me prompt answers in a timely manner. Before John came on board, I was at the mercy of a Pushy and Aggressive Sales Team and a revolving door Concierge Staff that had a tough time providing even remotely meaningful feedback on any of my concerns. Things were falling through the cracks and progress was almost non-existent. John was like a whiff of spring breeze in the middle of an arid desert – so honest, so refreshing and so incredibly thorough. He just took over the reins of the Projects and quickly steered things in the right direction with amazing aplomb.

John is a great listener who understands the requirements of the client and consistently converts them into successful planning strategies. I am awe-struck by his exemplary relationship management skills. He is very quick to adapt to changes and functions as an effective and constructive conduit in a heterogeneous team. He has constantly amazed me by his astounding networking acumen. He consistently goes beyond the call of duty and provides exemplary customer support time and time again. He is very approachable and builds an instantaneous rapport with his client. He is a very down–to–earth individual who makes time where there is none to fulfill the needs of his customer. It is not an exaggeration to say that his tireless efforts have been chiefly instrumental in getting my Home Solar Project back on track. Beyond the realms of professional responsibilities, he is also a very true humane individual who has unlimited compassion and concern for the needs of people he is committed to. He is a Stand–out Leader who gets the job done through proactive persuasiveness. If I request something of him, I can rest assured he will get it done. His seamless Hands–on approach has been chiefly responsible for the resolution of countless challenges associated with the Solar System Installation in our home. I found that he effortlessly establishes a comfortable rapport with his Peers and Superiors by approaching them with respect and open mindedness. His work ethics and inborn inquisitiveness make him an uncompromising professional who places quality and compliance above everything else. He has amazed me with his unflinching sense of fairness and his tireless quest for perfection. His humility and Student of Life Attitude are truly infectious and inspirational. His written and communication skills are beyond exemplary. With him as my Project Manager, I feel confident that all of my concerns will be amicably resolved going forward. Last but not least, he’s truly a One-of-a-Kind human who would be a valuable asset to any organization that would choose to hire him.

Initially a very poor experience. Ins tallatioin took place the end of September 2022 and thereafter we heard nothing and not until late December after several queries from us did. we learn that Sarah was responsible for our case/project. We contacted her and she was great and got things moving. The Inspector was apparently on vacation until the New Year buy from then on everything seemed fine.Sarah was. very receptive and listened to our state of affairs. So far as we know all is now OK and very much thanks to Sarah's efforts on our behalf. John Wilson.

Justin W. has been amazing. Very communicative about any inquiries, knowledgeable, and got us set up relatively quickly. Would definitely recommend him and the team we’ve worked with so far.
