First time I had ever looked into solar and the savings just made too much sense to not switch over. 32 panels now installed on my house and it looks like a clean and amazing job. The installation only took a few hours and the customer service gave me regular updates almost every week. FPL took the longest for the final inspection but go figure it’s FPL. Vision solar did an amazing job and now that my system is activated I’m saving the money plus more than what I was promised.

Lamar was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Joseph was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Also clarified some false information we were told by a previous representative from another company. He did amazing and helped my family with savings not just in the long run but monthly as well. Highly recommend.

All i can say is vision solar is who you should go to for your solar panels . i am a new home owner who works from home and spends a lot of my time at home. My light bill has been through the roof the past couple months. A representative from vision solar came out and broke down all the information i needed to know on the total cost , my monthly and what i’ll be saving . Since then they have always kept communication with me to make sure i understood the process and what was going . They are all very informative and knowledgeable representatives.

This is by far the most unprofessional, dishonest company I've ever dealt with. However, I must accept much of the blame because I did not read these reviews prior to contracting their services. I saw another scammed victim on the news who was also not receiving the services promised. Perhaps this is the way we should go - using the media to continually disgrace them publicly. When they appear on the news-more readily than commercials, maybe the state will step in and either force them into compliance or prohibit them from doing business in the state of Florida.

Solar project started in August 2022 and as of January 2023 inspection still not done. Customer service does nothing to help. Paying for a system that is not operational. Do not use this company

Well in 5 days it will be one year since I signed into a contract with vision solar. In the beginning they did what they said I got my roof I got my panels and boy did the trouble start after that. It's like pulling teeth with these people they never respond and if they do they lie. My husband had to call the permit office himself to find out what the delay was on getting the solar panels ready with the electric company's new meter. The answer was Vision Solar I hadn't paid them yet, so that was a bad and forth with vision solar so on and so on. Like I said it's now coming up on a year I made a complaint to the better Business bureau and to the State financial, all it did really was get me some phone calls but still the contract is not completed. The solar system finally went up on the grid in October when it was supposed to be up in May. The final part of this project is I have Giant oaks that shade half of my panels so I'm not producing as much solar power as I should, especially during winter with the low solar production anyway. And they still have not sent out tree trimmers they will not call back so my next step after this one year I'm going to check into these class action lawsuits that are coming up against Vision solar. When this project is finished no matter if it's through the courts or they come and trim the dog gone trees I'll write another review and let you know it's finished this is from Dade City Pasco county. Please don't do business with this company. The State of Florida needs to kick them out. They're home based in New Jersey, and are taking money from Floridians and not honoring the contracts.

AWFUL company that will just sell you lies, install solar to get you stuck paying for solar that will not even be working and you will be stuck paying for something that is not working. Trying to get them to keep their empty promises of paying this the solar payments since you still have to pay your electric bill while they are getting the solar working but no response. Nothing but excuses of payroll is still working on it. MONTHS of this back and forth but no one is doing nothing but giving you excuses. I wish I would have looked online and read these reviews beforehand. I would not have made this mistake!!!!! Solar was installed in July 2022 and new year is here but still waiting.

Don't use! They won't call you back EVER! I trusted these people with their guaranteed 125% of my bill, they said. I will never have to deal with APS again, they said. Lies and con, with the cost of panels and my almost the same electric bill I might have to sell my home. Lawyer to be contacted as they broke contract from day one with more than delayed install. Vision Solar LLC(Tempe Az) is a scam company and gave me a system that isn't even close after telling me it was more than enough. Please do not use this company!!!

Company illegally installed a system on February 26, 2022. Had to come back 2 times to remove and reinstall was told there was an updated part. 2 months later our county inspector showed up and told us this was installed illegally with no permit. This also happened to 12 other homeowners in Hernando county. I called Vision Solar 9 times and they never returned our phone call. We started to receive invoices from Sunlight finance. I told them I wasn’t making a payment for an overpriced system, that also was illegally installed without permits. It is now November and we still haven’t had the system approved by the county or the Electric company. Stay away from Vision Solar

My husband and I have been thinking about solar since we bought our home 5 years ago. After talking with Tommy Burns about his company, Vision Solar, we knew we were ready! He set us up with Zach who was a very knowledgeable, personable sales rep. He explained everything thoroughly and kept in contact during the process. The roof company came, got our brand new roof! Then a few days later the installers came for the solar. We LOVED them all! Jake, Anthony, Devin, and Damien were top notch and a great team of guys. They worked very well together and got the job done safely and quick. We are super excited about solar and the money we will be saving! HUGE thank you to Tommy for making us comfortable in making this leap, and to the Vision Solar team for executing! Great work.

Contacted last year to look into solar panels & system, beachwood NJ qualified for $0 down program. After thoroughly reading, would be like $225 per month for system for like 12 years, plus i'd still have to pay electric bill monthly. Also says the system would be warrantied 25 years, but fine print says panels only 10 years! Remaining TBD by maker. Also if roof had damages, would have to pay for system removed for roof repairs, then repay solar company to reinstall. If anyone but them uninstall & reinstall system, or roof repairs done by anyone but their approved list, void warranty! Says system is transferable, but new owner have to renegotiate contract. If don't agree, can't sell or must pay to have system removed!
Guy did paperwork contract & said 2 trees would need removed. Company came & busted my fence, chopped 2 trees & left stumps, plus gouged my TREX deck. Sent in pics & guy came in on a sunday fixed fence (half ass). Turns out tree service was unlicensed or insured, so he came on own time to avoid insurance claims.
So many bad reviews I decided against. Had lawyers check signed contracts and all different names by different representatives & departments! Lawyers pointed out my wife was only name on contract (i had credit freeze long before so couldnt run mine), hmmmmm...

-Our reportable $ from VA, SSD, and Retirement only income yet somehow my wife makes all $???
-The solar panel contract had homeowner signature blocks but she only singnature, my wife & I both on house title deed, so how can she be only one to authorize major modification, must be signed by all names on lease/title/deed.
-Being on 100% SSD and 100% VA, military retirement only reportable income puts me below level to file federal income tax, 100% VA makes me state tax exempt. They require previous years income taxes.
-The contract specifically says "system will be fully installed and functional within 12 months, OR COMPLETE CONTRACT IS VOID"!
-They tried billing me for tree removal, but was never on contract (screwed themself)! Had a few pics of tree being removed & saw 1 the guys shirts had tree service #. I got in contact with him about fence. They sent their own guy to repair fence. Turns out they were unlicensed, uninsured.

-If not done within a year, contract void.
-Anything rep tells you is irrelevant unless stated in contract.
-Without previous year income tax form cannot perform.

Funny part is 1 month after year had gone, they called me to do a survey how my system is functioning and if gas or electric bill had decreased!
How can it with nothing done!!!

the initial contract was done in May of 2022, as of this day the job is yet to be completed. I have called them every week to get updates since they cannot be bothered to respond to anything else. I get the same song and dance every time - I now have panels on my roof but not a functioning system. The story is that they are waiting for upgrade panels for my system. since May?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I started my project 1.5 years ago and still don't have solar energy. I have failed inspection 3 times for the SAME reason their design team keeps screwing up. They never return your calls. When you call them they always brush you off with more lies. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

I live in Saint Petersburg, Florida. I purchased the $ 50K worth of solar panels and now its eleven moths and still the system has not been activated, There is always an excuse why the don't work. I would stay away from this company. The are the worst company. I am interested in forming a class action law suite if you are interested contact me at ebrvenik @aol

This company is unprofessional. We have been waiting for months . Nothing has happened. They say they will call us back , and they lie . I do not recommend going with this company. Read the reviews they are not interested in helping you finish the project .

This is for their Deerfield location, but the company as a whole is a scam and Jonathan Seibert should be ashamed of himself!!!

After the impressive sales meeting at my home in November 2021, I signed up to have them installed. I asked them about permits and they stated that it is against the law for my city and HOA to deny Solar panels. I still went ahead and obtained permits from my HOA, because they could still fine me $100 a day and I didn't want any problems. It took almost 2 months to get the permit and the entire time Vision Solar continuously contacted me via text, email, and phone to pressure me into getting the panels installed ASAP.

When the permit came in, I went and had the panels installed in Feb 2022. They came quickly, did a three day rush job and left my roof with damaged shingles and holes. They had their in-house inspectors approve everything. It wasn't until rainy season started in early June that I noticed leaks in my roof. A third-party roofer came out and confirmed the damage was from the solar panels. I contacted them relentlessly for someone to come out and fix the issue. It is now mid-August 2022 and the issue has not been resolved.

Also, that permit that they said was not important to obtain from the city actually is extremely important. Without it we can't have the solar panels connected to the electric company's power grid. So we have non-functioning panels on our roof that do nothing until whenever the city actually approves the panels and they are connected to the grid.

Furthermore, and this is the MOST egregious part, once the panels are installed, Sunlight financial (or whatever lender you end up with) will start to charge you within 3 months of installation regardless of whether or not the solar panels connect to the power grid. So I'm paying my regular electric bill which avgs over $300 a month, and now $223 a month to Sunlight financial. I signed up for this to SAVE money, but now I have an extra bill and just giving money away to a company for absolutely nothing. Vision solar states that they will reimburse you for those monthly lender payments until the panels are connected to the power grid, but I have yet to receive a single payment.

In conclusion, I now have:
- A damaged roof
- An extra bill for absolutely nothing
- Solar panels that don't do anything
- Damaged relationship with my spouse because I talked her into signing up with this company.

I'm left with no choice but to seek an attorney.
