Be Very Careful

Be Very Careful. My disaster spanned 5-6 months and at the end, I still didn't have a 100% working ecommerce website. Do not believe that you will get a fully functional ecommerce website for the prices they advertise. That is how they pull you in and I didn't know any better.
My, on sale, $700.00 ecommerce website that I was told to just sit back and relax, when we are done you will have a fully functional ecommerce website, was so far from the truth. 5-6 months later and $3100.00 later, I did have a website but it was not fully functional. Do you want your website to handle inventory, $500.00 extra, do you want customers to be able to purchase on your website, $800.00 extra, you need a legal disclaimer, $400.00 extra, do you want to put it out there on google, $500.00 extra and the list goes on.
Vision Vibe got rid of the 2 people who I was dealing with at first and they would not honor what I was told I would get. In the end, I had a problem with not being able to purchase a shipping label, yes, a shipping label. First I was told they would not help me anymore unless I paid $1800.00 a year for site maintenance, I refused. Then I was told, if I wanted them to fix the shipping label payment problem it would be another $4300.00, I refused again. The senior technician got on the phone with me and told me that I had to pay the $4300.00 if I wanted to be able to pay for a shipping label (I offer free shipping) We were in disagreement over this and he laughed and said, I guess we will have to agree to disagree. I said, I guess we will. I downloaded Shippo for free to purchase and print my shipping labels, it ties right into wordpress-woo commerce, sends the customer the tracking number and even completes and closes the order in woo commerce. $4300.00 vs free.
So much went wrong with Vision Vibe that I don't remember everything. After they got rid of the first 2 people, they told me to give them 2 days and they will have my site done. 1 month later and it still was not done. I also ended up with 3 emails for my site because their fix for the shipping label payment was somehow tied into an email address. This didn't work and now I have 3 emails associated with my account. It took 1 month for them to finally figure this out and that is when they wanted the extra $4300.00.
It was a major waste of my money. At this point, I didn't care, they took what should have been a fun and exciting time, getting a website made and turned it into a frustrating and regrettable venture. I moved my site to another hosting platform and paid for the migration. So far they have been great to work with.
In all fairness to Vision Vibe, the website itself, what my customers see when they log onto my site, turned out nice. All of my problems were behind the scenes which is what makes everything work. My website was made with WordPress. WordPress works off of plugins, every little thing you want your site to do is a plugin that you will have to pay extra for.

They scammed my small business and are…

They scammed my small business and are holding my domain hostage. I have emails and screenshots I’ll be attaching. There are all fake names like John Ryan. They are oversea pirates that will blackmail you. I’ll be reposting this everywhere I can to save one small business owner to another one. We have to take this company down. They are unethical and liars. They don’t have offices anywhere and all the reviews are fake too
