Unreliable. Irresponsible, and Discourteous!
I do not recommend that anyone use the services of this company. It is not a company, it is one individual using an older model vehicle for transportation.
Reyes Ortis is the individual who owns this so-called "company". The first couple of times that I used him he was courtesy and prompt and I had no complaints about his service. When his car broke down and he was desperate to get it fixed I lent him the money to do so. He repaid me by reducing the costs of his services when I later continued to use him to chauffer my girl friend from San Luis Potosi to San Miguel de Allende, MX.
On October 11th he was to pick up my girl friend in SLP at 9am. He had two days before confirmed that he would do so, he never contacted me to tell me he would not do so. She waited 4 hours for him at their usually meeting spot. He never showed up!
Numerous email messages and phone calls to him were never answered or replied back to although I know from my email read notification service he opened and read my messages, first asking why he was late in picking her up, then later why he had not picked her up. After a few of these messages being sent to him I was then able to determine that he began blocking my email messages.
What I believe happened is that at the last moment he was offered more money to drive others to another destination and rather than turn down their offer he simple decided to ignore his previous commitment to us. It was a festival weekend in San Miguel de Allende and he often, afterwards, drives customers from San Miguel to Mexico City and that trip pays more.
Because of his very discourteous behavior and irresponsible actions our plans for the weekend were ruined and he has definitely earned this one star rating. If you are foolish enough to use him after reading this review do not be surprised when he fails to show up. There are many more reliable services available to you if you need a driver in San Miguel de Allende, his is not one of them.
