Bought a Vispring Bedstead mattress from Peter Betteridge in Honiton Devon. Really comfortable. Very happy

We dealt with Edward Pritchard at the Regents Street Flagship Store. All I can say is from the moment we walked in not knowing what we wanted (or needed) through to the final placed order probably 3 months down the line, Edward treated us with the utmost respect and patience. This was not just about the ‘sell’ he was clearly interested in what we needed so helped guide us to make the appropriate decision, but not once did he ever put any sales pressure on. You don’t buy a Vispring to save money that’s for sure, but if you are going to spend that kind of money, it’s wonderful to be treated with respect and be given all the intricate detail as to why that bed will make such a difference for the next 20-30 years. Thanks Edward!

We bought a Devonshire Vispring mattress and have had it for about 6 months. It’s been wonderful, and the customer service has been fantastic too. Fully recommended, and worth spending the extra money considering how much you use your bed, and how long the guarantee is.

We now both sleep well and in comfort but initially both mattresses seemed firmer than expected and my ‘soft’ feels the same as the ‘medium’ on a short comparison.

My wife and I purchased two Vi-Spring mattresses back in 2013. They have been absolutely wonderful - one of the best buys we ever made. We recently realised the need for another mattress in a next-door bedroom for when one of us is sick, recovering from surgery etc No hesitation therefore in going to the Vi-Spring flagship outlet in London's Regent Street. Alicia Richards was a wonderful help at the store together with the team. She made our purchase memorable and we are delighted and so grateful. Thank you Alicia.

We needed a new mattress as we have back problems. We chose a Vispring Signatory after trying out lots of mattresses at a local furniture shop. The moment we lay on the mattress in the shop we knew it was the one! We've been sleeping on it for 2 months now and it's wonderful! Very comfortable. Only problem is that our cat thinks it's wonderful too and he's got plenty of his own beds already!

All our guests have said how comfortable it is. Worth every penny. Quality product and a company that is a pure delight to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Lovely regal superb divan bed with zip link . We were able to have different mattresses meeting our comfort differences. We love the fabric plush royale blue colour base and castors. The delivery was excellent Higjlu recommend

Mattress and topper extremely comfortable, they perfectly support the body, I chose the firm and I must say that you sleep really well. I am very happy with this choice.

We are finaly getting great sleep. We chose the Coronet Vispring mattress in Oct 2023. This mattress is the perfect solution for different sleepers; my husband has the firm side and I have the medium side. We finally found our forever (comfy) mattress.

The cost is super high which gave us pause but we pulled the trigger and are happy we did.

The only thing we wish Vispring would consider is the height of the mattress. It needs it be a few inches thicker. The $65,000+ Vispring mattresses are thicker and it would be nice if they would incorporate the thickness into all "lower" category mattresses.

During the pandemic, we bought a mattress online and finally admitted that it was poor quality and neither of us were sleeping well. We went to ViSpring in Regent Street and obtained an education and a new bed. The staff member who looked after us was beyond patient, encouraging us to try and retry different mattresses to make sure we got the right one. He was so knowledgeable and really made us think beyond “this is better than what we’ve got” to “this is the best solution for us”.

We have now had the bed for four months or so and are STILL commenting on how much we love it. The different tensions for each of us are particularly appreciated.

This is an expensive product but to our mind, very good value

I absolutely adore my Vispring bedstead mattress. As somebody who is disabled and with a pain condition, my mattress is very important to me. The mattress gives me, all-round comfort and completely supports my body. I didn’t realise my old mattress was not supported my spine until I bought this one, because the difference is night and day. Absolutely 10 out of 10 for the mattress, it’s made a world of difference to my life. There is only one drawback and that is the mattress needs to be turned over once a season. The reason it’s a drawback is because the mattress is very heavy but as long as you have two people who are in good health and can turn the mattress this is the best mattress out there.
