This review concerns the Vispring Elite mattress. This is a truly splendid mattress. My husband and I are elderly and both have arthritis - mine is particularly bad. New bed and king size Vispring Elite for Peter in early January. I tried sleeping on the mattress and was so impressed with its comfort and support that I ordered one for my bed. I have been eagerly waiting while the Vispring people made it. The mattress was delivered yesterday and last night I had the best night's sleep that I have had in many years. (And the mattress it replaced was quite expensive and only two years old and I had been quite happy with it .... until I discovered Vispring!) I cannot describe how happy I am with the Elite mattress and I am looking forward to years of good sleep. Yes, Vispring mattresses are expensive but worth every penny. And their 30-year guarantee speaks for itself. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Vispring products are overpriced and overrated. I decided to invest in a high end mattress with all natural materials but was disappointed after three years the buttons started falling off and I started suffering from severe back pain. I contacted Vispring but there was no interest in finding a solution for me. They sent someone to repair the buttons but two months after they fell off again. This company has substandard products for the price and absolutely appalling customer service.

We visited the Vispring Regent St shop to find a headboard for our elderly but brilliant Vispring bed. Andrew and his colleagues could not have been more helpful - even our small dogs were welcomed. With Andrew's expert and thoughtful help we chose headboard and a great choice of fabrics. After a bit of a wait (because each one is handmade) the result is just wonderful and completes our bedroom. About the only thing I'd add is that I would have loved a Vallance in the same fabric - new product line guys? Thanks for all the help in getting there. Would hugely recommend - an excellent experience.

I originally bought an Elite mattress medium tension.Upon delivery the mattress was so hard and uncomfortable. Waking several times a night with pressure pain. Also a strong pungent smell that made my bedding and room smell awful despite airing it fully every day for 9 weeks.
Vispring agreed to swap to soft tension. I can barely tell a difference, still very uncomfortable, hard and unpleasant smell. Shop I purchased from are not interested. I don't think I have ever felt so let down and disappointed with a purchase. What is delivered is completely different from what I tried in store. There is no comparison in comfort or smell. Sadly for me an expensive mistake.

I've updated this, as Vispring reached out and let me know about their guarantee, that I wasn't aware of. They replaced my matress via my retailer and there was little fuss, just the time to make the new matress. I can't fault the vispring customer service, their team was excellent.

We have had an outstanding customer service experience with Edward in Vispring’s flagship London store on Regent’s Street. Before we ordered our new bed, he was really helpful and went above and beyond in staying late when my husband wanted to visit at the end of the work day. His knowledge was excellent and he helped us find the perfect mattress without trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. However what made the real difference for us was how Edward handled the situation when things went wrong. There was a complex issue with a non-Vispring base we had chosen from a different supplier which left us with a mattress that just wouldn’t fit. Edward worked really hard to help us come to a resolution, fielding numerous queries with great patience and tact even though it was not at all Vispring’s fault that we had found ourselves in that situation. Our new Vispring mattress, base and headboard were delivered on Friday. Not only is it extremely comfortable but arrived much sooner than we had hoped given the run up to Christmas. Whilst the situation was extremely frustrating at the time, our experience with Vispring would mean that they will definitely be our first choice next time we want to buy a new bed.

Avoid Vispring Mattress - A Horrible Experience!
I am writing this review to warn others about my terrible experience with Vispring Mattress. I purchased a Vispring mattress two years ago, and it was perfect at first. However, after just two years, the mattress started to develop lumps and dips.
At first, I thought it was just me, and I didn't want to believe that such an expensive mattress could get so bad so quickly. But unfortunately, the lumps and dips just got worse. I went back to the store where I bought the mattress, and they sent someone out to inspect it. The inspector saw that there was a lump/dip in the bed of 3 to 3.5 cm. They sent their report to Vispring, but Vispring didn't believe it and sent their own independent inspector. Even the "Vispring" inspector said that the mattress was defective and sent the same analysis back to Vispring.
Despite two independent reports confirming that the mattress was defective, Vispring refused to honor my warranty claim. They said that a dip of up to 5 cm within 3 years was normal. I was shocked and appalled. I had spent a lot of money on this mattress, and I expected it to last for much longer than two years.
I contacted the store where I bought the mattress, and they tried to help me fight my claim with Vispring. However, Vispring refused to budge. I am so disappointed with Vispring Mattress and Vispring. I would never recommend their products to anyone.
Here are some of the reasons why you should avoid Vispring Mattress:
* Their mattresses are defective and will start to develop lumps and dips after just a few years.
* Their customer service is terrible, and they will not honor your warranty claims.
* They are a dishonest company that does not care about their customers.
Please learn from my experience and avoid Vispring Mattress. It will save you a lot of time, money, and stress.
6/12/2023 update: reply to Vispring comment: we've been in contact with your customer service for months. Maybe work on your customer service before people feel they have to leave a review to warn others. Hope you learn from the many bad reviews here. Good luck in the future. We've bought another bed but not with Vispring, as you can imagine.

I can not give zero stars so sadly I have to give one. I purchased a Vispring mattress called Signatory at Harrods for £20k (or more… can’t recall now!)
I have had a mattress protector from day 1. Non negotiable, always a protector. Last year or so my mattress starting exhibiting all these ‘moisture’ disgusting yellow rings. They are not on the protector though, just on the mattress and they keep growing. So I went to Harrods, as ViSpring said I had to go where I bought it, and gave them info and pictures and I just received an email pretty much being told that since I soiled the mattress, teh warranty is void and well, I should use a mattress protector. No discussion, no explanation, just a verdict that I had not used protector. You can not make this stuff up. It is appalling and disgusting behavior.
The funny thing is, I didn’t go to Harrods because I decided wanted a brand new replacement. I love my mattress. It is supposed to have a 30yr warranty (whatever that means, fine print and all, and I should know, I do have a law degree). I GENUINELY wanted to find out what the issue was. And interestingly enough, the salesperson that took down my initial concerns at Harrods told me, and I quote ‘your mattress probably reacted to the protector’. I kid you not. I was like ‘what do you mean?’ No explanation. Then I get an email saying that I soiled the mattress and I should use a protector. So yeah, bottom line is. You buy a 20k+ mattress 8 years ago, you take care of it, literally get friends and family to turn it around every 3months because it weighs a ton, you use mattress protector (also bought at Harrods bc of its size) and then these disgusting rings show up and you try to find out what the issue is and then imagine being told ‘you are a liar, you didn’t use protector and you soiled your mattress so use a protector lady, and stop emailing us’. Cautionary tales people … not sure how to document that I used a protector the WHOLE freaking 8 years… and good luck trying to figure out why your top of line mattress looks like a crack den house mattress!!!

I am sorry too, that the stains that appeared on my mattress, that I did not make ‘invalidated the warranty’ … hilarious guys and well done! Thank you for your ‘generous’ offer of discounts to replace my 8 year old 20k+ mattress. The thing is, you can’t pay me, after the way I was treated, to have another VS. literally you cannot pay me. I have had a hastens in NYC for 10 years and there isn’t even one yellow ring on it. Oh, and they come and turn the mattress for you. I know you don’t care, but you lost a customer. Not because of ‘invalidate warranty’ but because you were all in such a rush to make this my problem and blame me instead of simply just explaining things to me and trying to help me understand why it would happen (too warm, cashmere and wool maybe too warm a mattress.. I don’t know, but Harrods and YOU could have at least tried, but instead you were busy throwing words like soiled, and use protector and being rude and condescending. Shame on you all!
