It was a good experience but I was offered music but did no t get any . Also nobody spoke to to me all the way through to let me know how things were going , bit disappointed with this

I had a very quick response
I had a very quick response. The instructions were clear. The reception area and the area to wait for the scan was very clean.
The staff were welcoming, informative and professional.
I was seen very quickly and at the time I was given for my appointment.
Just waiting for the results which I was told would only take 3 days.
