Samantha set up a warranty insurance for 2 houses I am building and was very prompt and professional with all communications.

Vista have for a number of years provided me with personal and business insurance. They have always been professional polite and friendly. They are clear about what is covered and what is not. Their service is bespoke. In our case quite high value property insurance cover. They are discerning and always ready to help. I would now not go anywhere else. I have to say they will search for the right product for you. They always get back to you in a timely manner. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I would recommend them to anybody. If they can’t cover you they will send you to someone who can. I can say they definitely give you peace of mind and always try to ensure that you are adequately covered. They are a great team, filled with great people who are friendly and professional. Look no further than they are fab.

I transferred the brokerage of my policy from my existing provider as all I seemed to get was an annual renewal and demand for payment.
Now with Vista and Dominic Worth, I get what I expect a broker should actually do, and that is care and take an interest and see "what has changed" etc. Dominic has given me that faith back in to what I feel a broker should be doing. He even helped with advising companies that provide approved house safes, which saved me a lot of time and effort.

I have worked with the team at Vista for a number of years and am never anything but impressed. The service, products and value is unquestioned! I’ve also introduced several contacts and the feedback is always exceptional.

My claim was rejected using a broad “War” exclusion, even though I couldn’t attend due to a flight cancellation—which defeats the purpose of ticket protection.

They state a 20 business-day handling time—and indeed responded right on time: one day after the event, nearly a month after my request, leaving me no chance to resell or recover my money. Meanwhile, other providers I contacted on the same day of the flight cancellation had already issued vouchers within a week.

Even worse, their “reconsideration” took just one day to repeat the same rejection.

This feels like a service designed to delay and deny, not to protect customers.

We moved to Vista Insurance Brokers after many years with our previous broker. Lisa and Molly were very patient with us and delivered a comprehensive and competitive package to suit our needs.

Even though the company state a 20 working day turnaround it has gone beyond that for my claim. I have chased to be told it's being looked into.
I made a claim when my daughter was rushed to the ICU and put into a coma, so unable to go to the show I had booked. I got a letter from the hospital and sent it with my claim. I don't understand why it should take so long. Do they think I'll give up and forget about it? I'm claiming for £135 not for thousands. My daughter was seriously ill with proof. Tell me what is going on? You pay for ticket insurance for a reason then when you go to claim they drag their heels.

I used this company to cover for none attendance of Theatre when booking an advance. All I can say is look at all the exclusion clauses before you book.

A Bunch of scammers it’s been since April that I’ve been dealing with this so called insurance company. They owe me money and won’t refund me. I’ve been dealing with a situation. I decided to tell them early so another person can have the benefit of going to the hunger games show. BUT no these good for nothing thieves want me to wait till December so they can swindle me more than they already have. When I call them the receptionist says they’re are on the phone . Why are you always on the phone. They disappear for a month then come back bringing bad news. I want to move but they won’t let me. They’ve even convinced the bank to not help me. My own bank won’t even help me. What’s the point of insurance if the insurance company can’t even do what they’re supposed to do . I’m not asking for £20,000. I’m only asking for this situation to be done with. I feel like they want me to go to the show regardless of my situation. I will not accept this. And if I have to go the legal route then so be it
