I highly recommend Vistaprint

I highly recommend Vistaprint. All products I received have been of high quality. The ready to use template option made it easy to create my business cards, loyalty cards and gift vouchers. Delivery is always within the estimated time frame. Great service!

Funeral Bookmarks

Navigating the website to make personalised funeral bookmarks was extremely easy during a difficult and sad time. Vistaprints templates made it as seamless as possible and it only took about 30mins from start to finish. On such a tight timeframe it was extremely impressive they arrived door to door within 48hours and looked even better in person. The price blew me away and the whole transaction start to finish helped reduce stress levels immensely. Very impressed and will definitely recommend.

I've used vistaprint several times over…

I've used vistaprint several times over the years and the product is always great 👍 however, the delivery concept has to be the worst experiance I've struck in a buisness and I dont understand it. For example if you buy 5 signs all at once, that never means you'll receive all 5 at once. They often send it in multiple stages rather than in one shipment. For me personally this costs me heaps. I live remotely and it costs me 30 litres of fuel each way to get to the nearest post office only to find its a partial shipment and I need to go back several times, when the other shipment arrives. And in bigger orders it may mean 3 or 4 trips (1.5 hour round trip) all because they never package them in one order. If it wasn't for the fact that the product is usually good, I wouldn't use them due to this consistent delivery procedure, hence the 3 stars

False advertising regarding shipping costs

Hit with a bulk shipping charge after payment. Not even sure this is legal!

Vista wins over Canva

I designed a business card on canva. For ease they do printing (which is more expensive than vista) but I thought I'd try it. It took 4 days to get my item and when it arrived it was misaligned. They kindly refunded me so I started to explore if I could upload my design to vista as I had used these guys before and they were great.
I found it a lot easier than I thought to get my canvas design on vista and of course in true vista print style my item arrived within about 36 hours and the product was exactly as expected.. perfect!
Result was some perfect cards, in a quick time frame and a cheaper price.
I will definitely keep using these guys.

Business cards in a flash

I ordered business cards from a design I had placed on their site. I ordered Monday night and was handed the cards by the postman today, Thursday.

As usual with their products the cards came in a safe box. They were exactly what I had oirdered. The website is easy to use. I have bought signs in various sizes, these cards and a number of other products and been happy with the quality and service

Couldn't fault the customer service

We had two lots of banners printed that had a pixelated logo even though the proof looked correct - Vistaprint were super quick to send out two replacements and on the third time lucky we figured out the issue and received our third delivery of two banners which were perfect. Vistaprint offered a no-fuss approach, a quick solution and didn't charge us any extra for re-prints. They arrived promptly and despite them not printing correctly initially, we couldn't fault the customer service.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Precious, the customer representative helped me out with all of my queries and concern. And I didn’t even wait that long.

I always order my photobooks here at vistaprint. The quality is amazing and very affordable. Will definitely be ordering again and again.

I tired to order birthday gift

I tired to order birthday gift, but it said payment method failed and I already tried to order again with other payment method but failed.

There is no any problem with my two bank account I can still order stuff online from other websites and your staff just keep copy and paste many times to tell me contact bank.

Wasted my time to create and order and is already run out of time.

I would not recommend to anyone
