Excellent service

Everything arrived earlier than expected, the quality I was impressed with for the price. the wrapping/packaging was excellent so everything came in pristine condition. I will purchase from Vistaprint again.

Vista Print will help you with your order

I appreciated the help I received from Patrick where he looked to see if I had done the wrap around picture on my mugs correctly. Also I was grateful for the extra discount as that made the difference as to whether I put in my order or not. So thank you.

Template error corrected quickly

There was an error on a calendar template that created a missing month title. Cristian answered the phone quickly. He corrected the problem without any hesitation. I really appreciate Cristian's and Vista Prints professionalism. Thank you.

I am so impressed with the service

I am so impressed with the continued good service of Vista Print. I recently had a set of business cards printed which when I received them the writing on the back was way too small and was very blurry. I contacted them, was told to re do my design and they have agreed to print me a whole new set of cards at no cost at all. They are also covering the cost of postage. What a great business and what amazing service. Thank you, Vista Print.

From template ask to a beautiful final product & Then Some!

My original intent was to get help finding the design that we used for an event flier so that I could use it as a template for a plaque. Not only did Christian help me find the template, he helped me design the plaque, and led me to extra gifts for the individual honorees. He was a delight to work with, and he definitely led me to spend more than I had planned, helping both the company and me - for now, and the future. I will definitely be back to VistaPrint soon!

Child safety breach

I received 3 photobooks today that i ordered only to open one and see the front cover had images of my children however inside the book were images of a different family and quite a few male photos . I uploaded the correct photos how hard was it to print this .

When I called you assured me that my children’s photos did not end up in the album of this other family that you mixed us up with but where is my proof- how do I know where and who now has access to my children’s photos

I want to know what your policy is on child safety , image storage and just in general how you will ensure this does not happen again

Replaced free of charge

Australia - My initial design was a bit too small, so it didn't quite show up like the preview, and my logo was not readable.

After mentioning this, Vistaprint reached out to me and offered to redesign and replace them free of charge. They gave me a choice of two designs, one like my original one, and one that made a bit more sense for my logo, which I did choose. After confirming for a final time I did want the replacement they sent them to me via the same post I paid for in my original order (regular post), and they are now here about a week later.

Overall, I'm very grateful for the replacement and for the service they provided in our email communications following up.

My first use of Vistaprint online Calendar template

My first use of Vistaprint online template to compile a 2026 calendar was very satisfactory. The template is relatively easy to use, and the delivery was unbelievable quick, only a matter of several days. The packaging was more than adequate with each calendar in protective covering. The quality of the print work was excellent. Extremely happy with this product and am now awaiting arrival of a photo book to gauge comparable quality.

Horrible

I ordered my wedding invitations through VistaPrint at the start of October, and the information on the back was printed upside down. I contacted them, they apologised, and agreed to send replacements free of charge. About 10 days later the replacements arrived - and unbelievably, the exact same mistake had been repeated. I reached out again and was told that the next batch would undergo a manual check before being sent. After hearing nothing for over a week, I followed up, only to be told the new order wouldn’t be dispatched until the end of November and wouldn’t arrive until December - two months after my original order. No attempt to fast-track the order, no sense of urgency, nothing.
My wedding is in March, and I’d planned to send the invitations out in mid-October, including some overseas. It’s absolutely appalling that a supposedly reputable company like VistaPrint can’t manage something as basic as printing text the right way up.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Cristian was so easy to work with and so kind. I let him know that I’ve been a loyal VistaPrint customer for the last 15 years and it is the only company that I’ve ever used. There was a misprint in my last design and he was able to correct the issue and expedite the order. In this world where so many companies are out for profit and have lost their humanity for dealing with their customers it’s nice that VistaPrint still maintains compassion and integrity. I will definitely be keeping my business with you in the future! Thank You
