I found the travel arrangements made a smooth trip. I was put up in a long stay hotel until the apartment was ready. The apartment was very clean and newly updated and furnished. I didn't have to buy anything right away except milk and cereal. The introduction to the hospital went smoothly. I was given a fairly new rental to drive. All I had to do was showup and work.

Vista has always been reliable and honest about all potential job placements. I have been working with them for a few years and never been disappointed.

The paperwork to onboard is ridiculous. It took me 6 months to finally start working. Several different people ask you for the same paperwork that you’ve already completed. Then after all was said and done half of my shifts were cancelled. 😠

Very professional and easy to work with. Resolve issues effectively. Good physician placement although pricey!

Vista is honest and reliable; always responsive to questions or concerns. I have had a relationship with them for almost 20 years and they remain consistent. I can not say the same about some other locums companies.

Amazing company to work for, very accommodating, keeps in close contact through email, texting and phone. Everything easily done on line, including payroll. Everyone very pleasant and very quick response time to questions.

This is excellent and every other way except I feel that the salaries are not quite competitive with the other locum companies.

I had a great time at my site and VISTA did a good job of making sure everything went smoothly. One thing that could have been better would have been actual orientation in the ER. I had to do this on my free time as the orientation arranged by Chinle did not provide for time in the ER with hands-on use of the EMR.

And overall, there should be an incentive system within VISTA for high performing physicians to earn more pay. This will help you retain higher performing docs.

I have used vista staffing for several years and initially the service was very good in terms of: the responses to my emails, assistance with assignments, searching for new assignments, travel arrangements etc. However in the past one year or so the quality of these services has significantly dropped. My recruiter contact person has changed and I feel that my new recruiter is not responding to my emails on time and sometimes not at all. On multiple occasions I had to follow up with the telephone call on some of my questions because my emails were ignored for several days. The staff that assists me with the arrangements of my assignments continues to do a great job. My car rental and hotel arrangements are always made without any flaws and for that I continue to be thankful.
