Wonderful customer service! I have never asked a company to speed up making a product for me due to travel plans. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the pillow I ordered for my aunt ready for me when I left on the trip to take it to her. I cannot say how much I appreciate that! Wonderful customer service! They are very fast to respond to any issues & were very attentive & detail oriented. I ordered a special 50th anniversary gift for our parents. The original item had an error, so I sent an email explaining the issue. Within 15 minutes I had a response & they went to work to correct the error. I received the replacement item in plenty of time to celebrate our parents' special anniversary, and we love the quality of the item we ordered.

Fast service took about two weeks. Easy process when ordering, great value and my wife loves it. I ordered it for anniversary and was thinking that it would take about 2 months to build make and receive. Like I said two weeks and it was at the door. Updated review. They actually came through
I had a HUGE issue with my order, and what seemed to be a dance-around with excuses instead of actual customer service, changed completely.
I initially left a bad review, but I am recanting, because I now, feel like a valued customer, and will be receiving the level of service I and everyone else expect when shelling out some coin for a custom product.
Thank yoh VistaStars for making things right. I could quite possibly even return and a repeat customer.

I ordered a canvas with song lyrics and a picture of my sister and her fiancés for their wedding gift. I chose expedited shipping as I was a bit late ordering, and I was skeptical that it would arrive on time AND be done to perfection but I was wrong! It arrived within about 10 days of placing the order and it was so beautiful that I cried. I should also note that I did email customer service inquiring on the delivery date and my email was answered within the hour. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be ordering again!
