I bought this to quit smoking but have yet to try it for that purpose. However, I do have a lot of anxiety and I have used it a lot when I feel my anxiety building and it very quickly brings me back to a calm and collected state!

So I cannot knock this breathlace - I stopped smoking 8 days ago after my last cigarette at lunch time. I used the breathlace for a few days before in between to get used to it before I fully gave up and I can’t get over how well it has worked.
My main issue was driving because I used to almost chain smoke on long journeys, but now I wrap the necklace round my wrist and hold it like a cigarette and It feels exactly like holding a cigarette.
My breathing is better and I’ve had no cravings at all, and I’m not replacing the hand to mouth motion with food which I always have done before. I’d love to give this 5 stars as it does deserve it, however since purchasing this breathlace, I’ve received several adverts for cheaper versions or better deals. Apart from that cannot fault this product at all.

Whilst it may take a few days to adjust from vaping, this product is amazing at shifting your focus and relief from your vape! Highly recommend to ease yourself away from the unhealthy habit of vaping!

I think this is a well designed product in comparison to others I’ve tried from other brands. The attachment method is great, the necklace quality is great as well but the length of the necklace is too long and could be tweaked in design to improve accessibility

I've been wanting to quit smoking and vaping for many years. I came across Vistevas on instagram, and decided to give it a go. The biggest test was going to the pub garden with my friends who were all smoking/vaping. It was successful, I did not have a ciggie!! and I haven't had one since New Years, it was my resolution for the year.
Why I think it works; you have something to hold on and inhale on, which kind of tricks that part of your brain that craves the motion and act of smoking. Second, the mouthpiece (hole) you inhale from, somehow has the same feeling of inhaling from a vape if that makes sense. Obviously no smoke comes out, it's just air, but the mouthpiece compresses the air, giving the same feeling of a toke.
Overall if you wanna reduce smoking I think this is a great way to do it!! Very happy with my purchase so far, I actually use it less and less on nights out, because I'm not craving ciggies. Thank you Vistevas!!

I'd been smoking for over ten years and vaping for the past two years. I saw a Facebook post about the breath lace and in complete honesty didn't think it would work but thought it's worth a try.
The breath lace arrived within one day of order and since using the product, I haven't had a single craving to smoke/vape. I first I didn't want to wear the product as a necklace because I thought it was silly however in using the product I see why its designed to go around your neck.
In a normal situation where I would have smoked/vaped, I can grab the breath lace without thinking getting as far as a craving because I know where it is and can just hold it if needed.
Would 100% recommend this product.

This is so simple but makes a major difference when trying to quit vaping. Because you hold it and inhale in a similar fashion as the vape, it covers 2/3 of the craving. This makes quitting easier.

I got this for my boyfriend who wants to stop vaping. The necklace is nice quality, looks nice, and the necklace part makes it easy to bring with you. He said that he does think it will help with the oral fixation part of vaping, but the resistance wasn’t the same as his vape. So I put a piece of tape on the end with a couple holes in it and he said that then it was better. Overall, I think this is a great idea and a great product, but needs more resistance to feel like an actual vape.
