This product def help me quit smoking after 42 years I’ve tried many things many times because I have copd I quit smoking cigarettes and started vaping immediately quit smoking cigarettes but then I was addicted to the vape had to be in my hand at all times I could suck it anytime I wanted and freaked out if I lost it . I wanted to quit the vape I knew I had to . The Breathlace let me inhale exhale thriough it slowly or fast whichever settled my anxiety from quitting or the hand to mouth habit when I’ve calmed I put Breathlace back in my shirt I k ow it’s there and if I want to inhale I use it thank you vistas

Currently going back and forth with the company regarding sending a different item than they advertised.

Customer services say they have a return policy, what they fail to mention is the most they will refund is 50% of your money. Yes this is still the case if they still send a different item to the one you think you are purchasing.

The quality of the items is probably worth around £2 each not the £20+ you pay for. Again besides the point you don't receive what you think your paying for. Take a look at the other reviews corroborating this fact below before you even consider being robbed.

*EDIT* As of the 20th Oct they finally issued a refund, This is however after several back and forth emails regarding their dishonest selling of the product I purchased. They did state that this refund however was "an exception in this case and provide you with a full card refund" so I'm not sure if people will be able to receive their money back from this mistake.

I am actually very impressed with this! I went out of the country where vapes are illegal. I figured I might as well try this. It helped SO much. Definitely recommend this for anyone trying to quit vaping! The breathing helped with my anxiety too!

The breath lace item is something that I personally wouldn’t purchase again but cannot fault their customer service team! Very helpful and genuine people!

They sell fidget rings too which I haven’t tried but just want to give a heads up: if you do wish to give this company a try, please bare in mind that it does take 2 weeks to deliver.

Not a scam company and you will receive a product, all issues are dealt with professionally and promptly

Not only have their customer service team gone above and beyond but they have actually managed to create an innovative and stylish way to help quit vaping and refocus my breath work. 100% recommend if you’re someone who is struggling with anxiety or someone who just needs to fidget!

I find the breathlace really good for helping me subside my cravings and acts as a great aid to curb my vape habit. I became a vaper to get off cigarettes but have been stuck at this transition point. Great product

Great idea. But I think it needs more resistance when you inhale.

These don’t work even after following the PDF guide. They also take a long time to be delivered and cannot be refunded even if unused (I bought two different colours and only used one). Would recommend finding vapes with lower nicotine then eventually swapping to a 0% one. That’s what has worked for me. The necklaces are just a gimmick and don’t look fashionable either, especially the chain. Save yourself the money!

Update: the company has reached out to me and have since offered a refund. I appreciate the customer service so I have upgraded to 3 stars.

Received mine today. It’s literally a piece of metal tube attached to a cheap chain designed for a lanyard. Zero resistance, so doesn’t do anything at all, and not that I care but there’s not even the logo engraved on the product. It’s literally a piece of metal that for some reason is shipped from china, so took 10 days to arrive with fast tracked shipping. Pretty shocking guys. This would be so easy to make properly, but you couldn’t even be bothered to do that.

I was excited to receive this, been wanting to drop the vape for some time now.

Took a but to get here but there was no wait to receive updates on where my package was, very pleased with customer service.

Received my package yesterday and so far am very happy with the product. The quality is good, the chain is nice and long so getting it to my mouth is not a challenge. Waiting to see if the coating will come off the chain or how long it takes to happen. So far though... very pleased.
