Good product with lots of useful options to utilize.
Shipping\receiving item takes a long time.

After waiting for weeks and weeks, I got a note that my package was delivered and I do not have it

They arrived very timely and in good shape but I really more than anything just love the product. I sealed up my pills for 3 weeks to travel and they had just work perfect.

I ordered Multi-Effect Floor Clean Tablets. The webpage said it was shipped from within the US. However, the tracking showed it was from China. The tracking was update until the end. They claim it was delivered but I never received it. The USPS office said the tracking number didn't match my address. I STILL do not have the product.

I felt uncomfortable with the item coming from Spain customs. But when I receive my package, the return address was New York. I plugged in the item but have not seen the difference as it’s only been two days.

Took a while to receive the product..I hope it works!

I answered an ad on Instagram for an exercise apparatus on June 10th. I paid $26.98 ($19.99 plus $6.99 S/H), order # 25679M538494. I have nothing but their "support" email by which to contact them if there is an issue. I have already contacted them to cancel my order and refund my money since, apparently, this merchandise will never come to me. They send a "status update" every few days telling me it's on its way.... but it's not. Here are the dates of their "support" messages: 6/13, 6/14, 6/16, 6/19, 6/22, 6/25, 6/27, 6/30, 7/2, 7/5. The way they addressed my request to cancel the order on 6/18 and 6/19 was to thank me for my patience. This is an absolute farce.
Update...Yesterday 7/8: The company sent me an email saying the product was delivered. It was NOT delivered, so I replied to tell them I have not received it. Their response? It was delivered. Stay away from this awful awful company.

The regular updates on the delivery of the product was most helpful; excellent tracking.

Communication was great, but delivery time seemed too long. They just arrived, so I have not had a chance to use yet.

It took over a month to receive my package, then they are so small I could never use them. Paying over $57 it is NOT worth it. 😡

I was very disappointed. The large bag barely fits 2 pillows. I thought large would be larger than 70 x 40. Also took a long time. Honestly I only ordered 2 and got 3. And they are useless for me

The containers were much smaller than pictured on the video and much more flimsy. I was expecting them to be much larger and maybe have suport in the side seams do they would stand up like a box? They were just not what I expected. May I return them? Oh and they took forever to get here. 6 weeks!!

Took for ever and quality not the greatest

What a scam. I literally waited a month of Sundays to receive these dime size bottles of blue liquid. What was I expecting? Why is what I really should be questioning but they've gotten my money and I expect no apologies or refunds from scammers.

The search and order was user friendly and I made the order without incident. When the order arrived I was a little disappointed at the material and size. Not sure this will hold the items I had planned for these storage buckets. I thought they were larger. I will find something else to store in the buckets.

My product came in today — and of course — I had to try it immediately.
At first I thought I was scammed because there was no burst of foam. I proceeded to clean my floors and this stuff really works.
My floors are indeed clean — with a very subtle flower scent.
