Shipping was fast! I felt the worms were pretty squished and one got stuck in between the packing, I felt a bit sorry for it. Somehow I expected more worms in the 500grams but this is my first time ordering worms (for compost) and perhaps this is the normal amount so I cannot really criticize due to lack of experience. I think overall this was fine.

Order a 5 kg batch of large Dendros worms,
but when received, it was missing more than 1.154 kg / so I ordered 5 kg and received only 3.846 kg!!!

Order 2 kg of medium Dendros worms,
but when received, it was missing more than 252 g minimum, so I ordered 2 kg and received only 1.748 kg!

Their answers: Due to transport, the worms lose weight, for a week
during the journey.

They state in their packaging:
contains enough of our peat mix (living environment and food) so that the worms can be stored for about a month.

2 kg of medium,
252 g missing
That makes 126 g per kg ordered, I can understand.

But 5 kg of large,
still missing 1.154 kg, which makes 230 g per kg ordered. No, that's why I emailed them, but no, they're not serious at all!

Medium Dendros 126 g missing per kg and
large Dendros 230 g missing per kg,
a huge difference!
68 g between the medium and large ones!!!

Still €22.90 for the large Dendros that are missing more than 1 kg!!!
and €5.25 for the medium ones 252 g! Not to mention the extra shipping!

At least €28.15 that I don't have in worms!!!

Easy to tell the weight loss due to the journey!

It states:
To benefit from any leniency, claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.

The ones I sent via email, but the responses, in my opinion, were an aberration due to shipping! Losing at least 1.154 kg on a large 5 kg! And not being fair with the very first order, I find that appalling!!!
(And I'm being fair in my words)!

How many of you weigh the ordered quantity by sifting like me? Ask yourself questions and sift to check if the weight is correct or not at all, like me!

I rarely leave a review, but here I'm telling the truth about my unfulfilled order!

Commander un lot de 5 kg de vers gros Dendros ,
pour au final une fois reçu , il manque plus de 1 kg 154 / donc commander 5kg et reçu à peine 3kg846 !!!

Leurs réponses du au transport les vers perdent du poids, là une semaine
sur le trajet .

Ils indiquent dans leurs conditionnement :
contiennent suffisamment de notre mélange de tourbe (milieu de vie et nourriture) pour que les vers puissent être conservés environ un mois.

Ceux que j'ai fait avec un message par e-mail,mais réponses à mes yeux d'une aberration du au transport ! perdre minimum sur 5kg de gros 1kg154 ! et ne pas être correct envers la toute première commande je trouve cela navrant !!!
( et je reste correct dans mes dires ) !

Combien d'entre vous pèse la quantité commandée en tamisant comme moi ? Posez-vous des questions et tamisés pour vérifier si le poids est correct ou pas du tout comme moi !

Rare que je laisse une évaluation mais là je dis la vérité de ma commande non honorer !
