Great customer Service and rapid delivery, ive been looking for a brand to replace the brand i used to use, Oriveda, whom are banned to sell Functional mushrooms because of a crazy EU law stipulating that functional mushrooms come under the ruling of 'novelty foods', hence my long search for a good reputable FM brand i can utilize.
Ive been using FMs for six months and swear by the health benefits i receive from them.
Time Health are i feel good quality, i use the high strength cordyseps, these are outstanding, give a very clear boost mentally physically and ive found sexually, take an hour before the gym and 'wow', lots of power and energy.
The tiger milk variety, are doing as they state, help my respiratory needs, i suffer from catarrh so these keep my airways clear, and help cleanse my lungs.
Prior to using Tiger Milk Mushrooms i struggled respiratory wise, i carnt overstate how effective they are, amongst other health benefits they provide.
Time Health, have lab and 3rd party testing reports to back up the quality of their FMs, they even ship to me in France.
Dont expect a 'kick in effect' with FMs, they are very subtle and take time to start working maybe a month, depends on the individual, it can be days to take effect sometimes, but you definitely notice a difference, its not a bang and omg this is amazing or placebo, its subtle efficacy thats a life changer for sure.
As a benchmark for when they start to work their magic, you'll experiance very weird dreams, not scary just weird.
