Almost two months ago i did purchasse the Osteo 3 Plus peptide for my mom and the product never delivered at our place and no information was given to us on where the product was left. I contacted Vita Stream by email and they told me to just look at my local post office, but i explain to them that i live in a very remote place far away from any post office (plus there are several post office once you get closer to the city). I then asked for a refund and they stopped answering me and now, the product has been shipped back to them and i am still asking for a refund and they have now stopped ansering me...

First of all – and I think this is important – all the reviews posted over the last few days have come from a newsletter that offers store credit in exchange for leaving a review. I believe transparency is important, which is why I’m mentioning this.

I’ve now ordered twice to Europe – it takes a long time, yes, but I can’t say anything negative – including about the customer support, which I contacted once – it’s not brilliant, but it does the job. I find the prices rather high, and now for my only criticism: other similar shops that don’t (almost) exclusively sell bioregulators already include customs charges at checkout. Vita Stream doesn’t do that. The parcel shop where I send my deliveries has now had to pay customs duties in cash twice, which I find a bit of a hassle. It was DHL, to be precise.

I really love my Vita Stream peptides. The shipping time has also always been great. I do notice an effect when I take micro doses of specific peptide capsules throughout the day.
