This company is a scam. I bought one months supply. They took forever to arrive. Whatever, they seem fine. Then suddenly twice amount of my original purchase is charged. No email from the company. I only knew because PayPal told me. I immediately contacted for a refund. They wait two days to reply to tell me it’s too late to cancel. Do not make my mistake and do not purchase from these scam artists. I am seeking a refund through PayPal.

Update: I had an email from the company saying that they didn’t have my email on file and otherwise they would have let me know before charging me. They have refunded me and cancelled my order, which I appreciated. They have also offered me $15 off a further purchase. I have updated my stars as my initial purchase was fine, and they were able to resolve my issue after a few days. I’d recommend being careful purchasing from this company until they are able to resolve this email problems so you don’t also get charged without warning. Besides that, the customer service person was friendly and respectful and did get to the bottom of the situation and explain what happened. I am left with mixed feelings

Quiz was easy and have been feeling great since taken them. The app is great for tracking and reminding me to take them.

Great product. I felt more energetic after the first couple days of taking my vitamins and love the convenience of the packs and the packet holder. The app is great too with the reminders and point system to keep me on track each day.

It’s personalized, professional and informative

After 12 years of IBS, 2 days in and my movements have returned to normal. Have been sleeping poorly for 6 months with much pain in my back and legs, around 3-4 hrs a night, but within 5 days started sleeping 6/8 hrs a night. Not really sure how it’s work or what particular vitamin/ayurvedic combination is activating, but the transformation is insane.

Easy quiz and great support. I've seen ads for vitable and always been hesitant but after my struggles with IBS, hair loss and energy slumps. I feel like this has helped me a lot and I think I can say I'll continue to go to vitable for my vitamins.

Really loving the Vitable experience - has been so much easier with one pack per day to take the vitamins I need as I get older

I love the experience so far, the app helps me keep track of taking my vitamins everyday, and I really like how everything is well thought through from the personalization to the packaging. It does feel good! :)

I’ve been using Vitable for a little while now and would recommend it to anyone who feels like they’re lacking in something. Definitely do the quiz, there’s also a tonne of information about the recommended vitamins you get suggested.

Pros:

The Packaging - I really like the individual sachets for each day. It’s unbelievably convenient and easy. I love the Vitable tin as well. It’s super neutral and minimalistic, aesthetically pleasing.

The Vitamins - I did the questionnaire online and it recommended my vitamins. I actually talked to my doctor about them as well, just to see if they’d be right for me (they were). Since taking them, I have more energy, my hair sheds less, I sleep better, and things just overall feel better for me.

Cons:

The Shipping/Delivery - My Vitable package took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, 10 of those days were actually still in production. It then sat idle in Brisbane for a week. Vitable should consider not shipping with Aramex… ever.

Just the simplicity of them all there ready to take and the nice Tin you get makes taking them a breeze

I love how customisable this subscription is and how convenient, it's great not having to worry about whether I'm taking the right supplements or not. Having them delivered to my door each month is sooo helpful! Good value for money considering the amount these supplements would cost at the chemist and I love that they come in a little pouch so I don't have multiple pottles. Just starting my 2nd month and I've already noticed many little improvements, the app is great too, it gives me a daily reminder so I don't forget!

Loved how they personalised the packaging and making it so easy to take your vitamins. Also a great app!!
