Shocking - didn’t delivery till 4 weeks after order. Clearly stated I wanted to cancel order, they wouldn’t although order hadn’t left the factory.

Then you can’t return the goods - no moral, no ethics never ever buy from them. Scum of the fashion world.

I wouldn’t even put 1 star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND. Gemma Owen should be embarrassed that she is linked to this brand. I ordered an outfit promoted by her, when I ordered it I then got told it was on back order. I asked to cancel it and was told once ordered it couldn’t be cancelled. It took 2 months to arrive to be then told I couldn’t return it. It’s terrible quality, not sized appropriately and expensive. Terrible terrible customer service!

i was waiting for more than 2 months for my order to be delivered. By the time it arrived the summer in germany was over and the stuff I have ordered was obsolete. On top of that they refused to take any returns, which is the worst customer experience I have ever seen.

2 star rather than 1 star ... clothes are reasonable quality but extremely overpriced for what you receive.
The worst part is the sizing, ordered 2 pairs of the same shorts just different colours and sizes are different. Skorts in the same size are even smaller.
The Returns Policy is rubbish i.e. if it's a reduced item through sale of discount code you can't return, even if the clothes don't fit. Which is difficult to judge if the sizing is incorrect in the first place. Don't fall for the glossy photos, avoid at all costs.

DO NOT ORDER. VITA GRACE NOW IN UAE. They now have my return dress costing £220 AND MY MONEY & NO REFUND. This company liquidated in the UK & is now in Dubai. Terrible quality. No returns. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. I am fighting to get my money back.

Agree with what everyone is saying. Awful - products took weeks to arrive. Missed the event i was needing them for so asked to cancel the order. They wouldn’t even though the items hadnt dispatched. You have to pay to return to Dubai - quoted £90. The quality of clothes is not there and even the packaging is now cheap and nasty. Awful, awful company- AVOID

i was taken ibto hospital in an emergency once hone following brain surgery i had several items from companies to return items every single other company completely understood apart from vita grace they would not even speak to ne ot give me a credit note utterly appalling

Do not order from this company. Poor fitting/cheap quality clothes. Arrived weeks late. Terrible returns policy and deny receiving items that are retuned. DO NOT BUY. Clothing is nothing like seen on website. I only wish I had checked reviews first. I will never order from this company again.

If I could possibly give zero stars I would. I ordered £700 of items as was unsure of fit and required them for a wedding. Wanted £65 to return by DHL to Dubai and have never had a refund. Scammers!!

I will never order of this website again. It took ages to arrive and now because the item doesn’t fit me I have to return it to Dubai!!!! God knows what that is going to cost me. Stay away from this website. I’ve learnt the hard way.

Ordered over £400 worth of clothes for my holiday 4 weeks ago, still not received them. Wish i’d read the reviews before ordering. So upsetting

Terrible customer service and sneaky returns policy. Product is bad quality especially for the price paid and very ill fitting. Would definitely not recommend!! Would give zero stars if I could!

If I could give no stars I would. Very very cheap products for very high prices and a sneaky 7 day returns period, so not following 14 day returns policy.
Not willing to help after items were delivered, please do not order from here.

Not great quality. Expensive and took a long time to receive. Sizing was smaller by at least 2 sizes.

If I could give ZERO out of five, I would.
I ordered a load of clothes from VG. A few days later there was a 30% off offer so I requested to receive the discount rather than return and reorder. My request was refused so I returned what I had ordered via UK tracked post office. The order amounted to £800 but I never received any refund as VG claimed they never received my return. I will never order anything from this company again and profoundly advise others to steer well clear!

Absolutelly not worth the price, because of the quality of the material and sizing, which is at least 2 sizes smaller than International/European. Besides, they have so many exceptions for the return. Read carefully before ordering.

Awful. Returned items to Dubai at my own expense as they arrived a month late. Still chasing a refund 2 months after ordering. Had to dispute via my credit card. Avoid.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Vita Grace operates in the UK but hides behind its own policies to dodge accountability. My order arrived a full month late, well beyond the agreed date. I cancelled before dispatch, exactly as any decent company would respect when delivery deadlines are missed. They ignored that, hid behind a meaningless 24-hour cancellation policy, and shipped the items anyway.

When I tried to return them, they refused again, quoting their “no returns” policy. That policy means nothing when the delay is their fault — they simply don’t care. They exploit customers, refuse to take responsibility, and profit from unfair terms.

Every person who reads this: do not buy from them. You will lose your money, your time, and your patience. They deserve every ounce of the bad reputation they’ve earned.

I would be very cautious buying clothes from Vita Grace. I bought a dress from their outlet sale in a size 10. It was the same dress and size I had bought my daughter, so I knew it would fit. When it came it was too small, smaller than my daughters. They do not return on sale items. I emailed Vita Grace customer service. They sent me the measurements for a size 10 that were bigger than the measurements of my dress, which i proved with photos. They have refused to deal with the issue and are now ignoring my emails. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. The clothes that are very expensive. Don’t trust the sizing or the customer service. Complete disappointment.
