It is easy to find the right product for me. However, the shipping fee is still very high. I am glad that now you only charge one shipping fee. My experience a few years ago the shipping fee is charged per product basis and is more expensive that the product itself.
Not happy with my experience of this Company. Product arrived quickly however it needed to be returned which I did as advised on the website. I emailed to say I was returning it and why. I have left 4 voicemails and sent 3 emails but had no response from the company and I haven't received a refund either. The phone number always goes straight to voicemail, or cuts off after one ring. Wont be recommending.

Whole transaction was easy and fast. I ordered compression socks online, put in my measurements and ordered the socks. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly.
It has been a month since my order. My credit card has been charged but it still says my order is on hold and I have not heard why the order is not being processed.
I would think in a month you would have told me if there was a problem.
Some communication would have been appreciated.

The product is not what I wanted at all. The socks are way too tight. The company actually asked me to measure my ankles and calf muscles with a tape. And still the socks are too tight. Actually causing pain. So no, thank you, not a good experience and I will be asking for a full refund.
I purchased a few of compression socks on their website today and needed assistance with the sizes. The customer service was very friendly and professional. It really makes a difference!
