I'm also experiencing the same issues…

I'm also experiencing the same issues just like the other mommies, the bottle leaves my baby's chest wet and her clothes. The bottle nipple is too wide and it leaks, its so frustrating for my baby as well. I bought this at discem, will they take it back for an exchange or refund?

It is too wide and milk is leaking as a…

It is too wide and milk is leaking as a result my new born couldn't drink from it his chest was wet from the spill now he has flue I'm thinking of exchanging it since I bought the whole starter pack hopefully dischem takes it back .

When feed baby the bottle leaks and leaves baby soaking in milk,you must feed the baby and remove the bottle now and again.That’s not good

I used them for the first time and…

I used them for the first time and these were my experiences;
- The teat screw becomes tight and misaligned after a few uses, needs a few tries to screw right.
- Despite the triple valve, nipple withdraws into the bottle so bottle needs to be taken out every now and then to release air while feeding.

Excellent Customer Service

My 4 Grandchildren all use Vital Baby dummies because of there open design. The oldest got a horrible rash around her mouth from regular dummies but we found these ones which allow skin to breathe.
We normally buy them from Superdrug but the dummies haven’t been in stock so I ordered direct and though they were sent, tracking for Royal Mail couldn’t locate them.
I contacted Customer services and they were extremely helpful, and because of the delay they re sent our order and we received it the next day. Happy babies!!!

I needed some advice before I placed my order and the person i spoke to at Vital Baby was very friendly and helpful. They even guided me through their website and reminded me to register to get my first time user discount code - honestly is rare these days so THANK YOU!

Bottles Arrived Broken and Soiled

I ordered three large bottles of Vital Baby Cleansing Water, but the delivery was a disaster. They arrived in a soaking wet paper bag wrapped in plastic by the postal service. One bottle had broken during transit, no surprise since they weren’t shipped in a box, and the leaked liquid had soaked through the entire package.

The remaining bottles smelled terrible, and I couldn’t bring myself to use them due to concerns about their cleanliness. When I contacted customer service, Tracey only offered a refund for the broken bottle, ignoring the poor and unsanitary condition of the others.

I would not recommend this company. If you're looking for a reliable hypochlorous acid solution from a company that packages its products securely, I suggest choosing Isoskin instead.

Love Vital Baby – Amazing Products & Service!

I can’t recommend Vital Baby enough! We’ve been using their drinking bottle for years now, and it’s hands down our favourite. After trying loads of other bottles, this one stuck with us—and for good reason. Three years later, it’s still going strong! Even with daily trips through the dishwasher, it hasn’t faded or worn out at all.

Their Aquaint Cleansing Water is another winner in our house. It’s so gentle on kids’ skin—it literally feels like water but does the job perfectly. It doesn’t dry out the skin or leave behind any strong smells like some other products. Honestly, we love it!

Plus, their customer service is amazing. We reached out to them about a discontinued bottle, and they got back to us straight away with a solution. It’s rare to find products AND a team this good. Highly recommend!

I ordered two of this item and there…

I ordered two of this item and there was only one in the box despite there being two on the invoice, I am still waiting for the other bottle to be sent.
Edit: Tracey @ Vital has called and dealt with this immediately sending me 2 bottles and some spare spouts free of charge as my 20 year old son is severely disabled and will only drink from this spout! Excellent customer service, will definitely recommend thank you so much :) Nicola

Great products and real customer service

We bought weaning bowl, plate and silicone spoons - they are excellent quality! Then before travelling, we got some extra snack pots and some Aquaint spray 50mL bottles, having used some of a friend's. What an essential product for new mums (especially those prone to eczema on their hands like me!). Wish we had discovered it sooner! Vital baby accidentally shipped us 500mL bottles instead of 50mL. I contacted Customer Service by email as I couldn't take the big bottles in cabin baggage. I got a helpful response super promptly. They told me to keep the bigger bottles (no charge) and shipped the smaller ones that day. What a breath of fresh air - great products and real customer service to match! Will be returning!

Exceptional Customer Service

After suffering from a unit failure at 11 months, I contacted the seller (Amazon). Amazon refused to deal with the issue despite it being their responsibility. A quick call to Vital Baby, which was followed up by an email, saw them sending over a brand-new item within a few days. Truly exceptional customer service when the onus of responsibility here lies with Amazon.

Nourish scoop high chair & after sales service excellent

The Nourish scoop high chair was a great purchase and has been used extensively, always easy to store. The drop down tray makes it easy. After care was excellent, I lost a rubber foot stopper and it was replaced very promptly.

£130 for a UV steriliser to work only 16months

Paid £130 for a UV steriliser. It came with a one year warranty. Purchased it a couple of months before using it as baby wasn’t here yet. The unit stopped working after 16 months. Contacted the company they had no solutions, no options to fix, No recommendations on where to send to get it fixed!
The only solution offered was a 20% discount on a new unit.
This really isn’t good enough for such an expensive product. You’d expect the unit to work a lot longer. so now we are left without any steriliser for my four month old.
Maybe they rely on the fact that after your baby turns one you won’t use the product and you pop it away in storage and then they can claim it’s how it was stored. However, we hadn’t put it away before finding out we were pregnant again so this isn’t the case for us.
Have previously recommended this unit but won’t be doing so in the future from now on.
