I have been waiting since April 13 for my order to be delivered. They shipped via YODEL, and it appears to have disappeared without a trace. I have asked for a full refund, and despite various to-and-fro, I am out of pocket, and they ignore my emails.

I couldn't recommend this company.

Product comes from China

Product comes from China, but misleads you by saying that the distribution Center is in Ontario. Why did the product take so long to get here then? Tracking shows that the product is shipped from China. The packaging reads 30 day supply, but almost all the recipes that they send you are for 25-30g . Packets are 150g. That is 6 days at the most. Avoid.

No directions on how much to use per serving

The product came today, and it contains no instructions on the packages as to how much to use - All it says it that each package contains thirty servings. I looked at their online site and it has preparation instructions suggesting it needs 3 to 4 mg per serving. I looked online, but any of the measuring spoons are graduated in milliliters...Not milligrams. I emailed the company asking them for information - maybe an imperial equivalent (perhaps teaspoons?) so I'd know what to buy. They just sent me back an email telling me that it actually needs 5 milligrams, but there will be a scoop included with the product. I just went through the box and packing materials and there isn't a scoop included. I'm disgusted

According to Vital Cacao’s website they show having over 2k reviews at 5 stars. I found none. Also if you check their site, for returns you send back to a Chinese address, so I’m guessing it’s made in China.
