Placed my order on Sunday night and received a message first thing Monday morning confirming it was ready to collect. Steve provided clear instructions along with a dropped map pin, which made the whole process quick and straightforward.

I’ve so far had 2 tubs of per4m whey advanced protein - lemon cheesecake which is delicious and a minty chocolate which tastes like mint Aero (used to be my favorite). Relax hot chocolate is the nicest drink pre bed you could wish for. Vitalise shaker is best to mix up the protein powder.
I’ve also ordered wrist straps and lifting grips. So easy to use and make all the difference to my workouts.

Bought Per4m whey powder in the delicious sticky toffee pudding flavour. Ideal for post recovery workout. Highly recommended both the product and the supplier for anyone looking to further improve their protein intake with a tasty treat. Supplier - prompt delivery and excellent customer service.
