Horrible company, I order from them back in April because I wanted to get my mother a necklace for Mother’s Day so I ordered a couple weeks early even though on their sight they promote 3-5 days for shipping. I didn’t receive the item until 2-3 months AFTER so I couldn’t gift it to my mom on time. I constantly had to email them over and over and their excuse was Covid or a lot of orders and mine would be here soon but it shouldn’t take that long!! Finally they sent me an email/text with the tracking info after i demanded my refund and I would shop else where. Would never spend my money there ever again and it looks like their site got shut down which I hope it does for good.

I order 3 items from this store over a year ago. I have yet to receive them, I’ve been in contact with Liz who assured me it was on the way serval times. This company is a scam. You will never get your products.

I ordered some jewelry back in July 2022. I have not received my items yet and no tracking number. I emailed them 2 times no response. I ordered before and didn’t have a problem but this time is different. I’m going to follow thru with all avenues to report them. Yes, this a scam. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t allow you to write a review

Scammers. Havent received my order since 2 months. And no answer from them

I have order before from them & received the item even though it took weeks..... I decided to order again from July to September not one response this is ridiculous I've been emailing, calling no answer... best scammers in the game all I want is my money back

Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. These people are scammers and unless you do what I did. I went after their social media posts where they are flexing in luxury cars and clothes acting like they are living a good life.. But yet they are stealing under $50.00 per customer by not sending the order. If they take your money report them to facebook which I did and let them have it on IG this was the only way after months that I got my money back.

If I didn’t have to put any stars I wouldn’t these people are the worst ever I ordered in June to have pieces for my birthday celebration in August I got one response from Liz who stated they were behind due to Covid-19 but my things were ready to ship I still have received nothing but they’re trying to keep my money. Wrong girl I’m getting this money back and will never order from them. Now their website is no more. Such scammers

Im convinced these people scammed me. I ordered 3 necklaces , 2 were custom, on April 30th. After waiting almost two months I received the non custom piece in the mail on June 21st which is entirely too long for something that was suppose to ship within 3-5 business days. I was trying to be understanding knowing I order two pieces that had to be made and could take up to 4-6 weeks, so I was under the impression they were waiting to send all my items when they were ready. After receiving the one necklace, I emailed them to ask about my other items and got a similar response to another customer who left a review, so now I know that was a lie. The rep Liz said that the name wasn’t attached to one of the custom pieces I ordered. I did not argue about it, I apologized and resent them the letters, didn’t even think about how dumb that sounded. It is now July 26th, I sent countless emails and I used all forms of communication on their site and they refuse to get back to me. I even reached out on social media, which is ridiculous, they also delete comments with customers expressing how bad their customer service is, so it is impossible to get someones attention. They know exactly what they’re doing. I spent 200 dollars with these people and they refuse to send me my items, so I put in a complaint. Don’t spend your money here.

I ordered my custom pieces March 16th. I have YET to receive my order. After waiting the time frame on there website for custom pieces I finally emailed back and forth with Liz who told me the timeframe was longer than what’s posted on there websites plus an additional two weeks because of covid which was also not of there website (not sure if it is now). I ended up waiting that timeframe as well before emailing again and THEN was told my custom pieces didn’t have the name I wanted attached to it! Something that is required for me to place my order isn’t attached, how ???? Now even after all this I still have no update on shipping or any response. I absolutely HATE that I ordered these custom pieces from here because I’ve been wanting them forever. You will not be able to get anyone on the phone & as nice as Liz seems she barely responds herself. It’s not cool how they’re doing people period. I don’t care about no short staff cause clearly y’all still taking orders when y’all need to be catching up

HORRIBLE customer service! I am still awaiting a correction on a order placed last NOVEMBER!!! Necklace never arrived for Christmas when it finally arrived in MARCH the necklace did not fit through the pennant even though it was ordered as a set. I had to pay for shipping to send it back even though the defect was the company's fault. i have been promised a replacement that I have never received, when I threatened to report them they then said they would process a refund!! I have yet to receive a refund or a replacement!!!!

This company is a literal joke and not even worthy of one star. I purchased a necklace and while the necklace itself was super cute, the one I received had a broken clasp. Meaning, I haven’t been able to actually wear it. They promised to mail me another chain and I have emailed every single week asking for an update and all I’ve gotten was the run around. Their customer service is below unacceptable. My last reply from them was 3 weeks ago and you guessed it, still no replacement chain. It has been almost FIVE MONTHS. I don’t presume at this point that they’re planning on ACTUALLY following through with what is right. All they care about is taking your money and it sure did work - they got my money and I got no necklace. I can’t believe I fell for such a scam. Do yourself a favor and SAVE YOUR MONEY! Buy jewelry literally anywhere else!

I should have known.This website kept popping up when I was surfing. I decided to take a look. Everything on the website is beautiful, but I should have known something was not tight with this site, because a virtual assistance kept interrupting me as I was looking. I saw a item that I like. After contemplating for several days I decided to visit the site again and purchase. I went back to email to make sure I purchased the right item. Someone was supposed to contact me within a day and it’s been several days now. I already paid my for payment. I’m going to cancel my current card through my bank and have them issue me a new one. Buyers beware ! This website is a joke.

I tried to purchase a necklace the order would not go through I tried it 3 times. However I was still charged for it, even though it never said confirmed. I’ve been trying to call & they have been “ busy “

I’m gonna get straight to the point. I do and don’t like this website. I ordered a necklace that took two months to arrive the beginning of this year. I get it with everything going on with covid. Once I did get the necklace it was absolutely beautiful, even though three months later the clasp came unloose and my pendant ended of falling off and becoming lost on a night out. Nothing a jeweler wasn’t able to fix but still I have worn it four times so I was sad about that. But hey I love it so much I just ordered another one. And let me say the communication with this company is horrible. When you call the number it never rings it immediately says all agents are helping other guest leave your information. Well when you do no one ever calls you back. Even through email it always takes a few days for them to respond. I wanted to paid for expedited shipping to have my necklace for a trip. Liz said she would get back to me about that, and I still have not heard anything. This will be my last time ordering from this site. The jewelry is beautiful but shipping and communication is horrible.

absolutely the worst customer experience i'd had.....being damn near zero its been 5 days and i still cant get an update on the things i've purchased.

I made order on 2/24 emailed them like 5/6 times keep saying its a delay but sad part we are in the same state so why is it almost a month not replying at all now there’s many others that sell same products im scared to cancel and order from another place they maybe tied together

It has now Been 4 months still not recieved my order This is an absolultly joke. And i am not getting any reply from the Company.

Update: I finally recieved 2/4 necklace and
I must admit I thought this company was a scam because I placed the order on Jan 10 and didn't get any type of notification until it was shipped. I received the item 2/1. The necklaces is so pretty and would recommend but be aware of the long delivery time

I ordered because on the website it says order within a 8 hours and get item in 3 days. Im still waiting on it hasn't been shipped out yet. I emailed them and Liz Johnson responded saying sorry for inconvenience due to covid there is a delay but your order is ready to ship and you will receive it in a few days. I waited a few more days but since I didnt receive any tracking information I emailed them again and the 2nd time she responded the same thing but now saying your order is still processing but a few days ago she said its ready to ship. If they know theres is a delay in orders they should put that on the website and not have it say order in 8 hours to receive it in 2 days. Im very mad because I spend almost $200 and still can't get a time frame on to when it'll be shipped. All they can say is Im sorry and we're delayed due to covid. They are false advertising and im now convinced its a SCAM!! It says call but when you do it goes straight to a voicemail no matter what time of day it is. Im in the process now of disputing the charges

Still not received order after a month, ridiculously bad and I’m convinced it’s a scam.

If I don’t received my order in the next week I’ll be reporting to my bank and claiming the money back.

This company is a joke avoid at all costs still waiting for my chain its been over 5 weeks cant believe you still got a business with all the other bad reviews u got including mine u need to be shutdown
