DO NOT BUY ..... WARNING
Purchased the ring. BIG MISTAKE! Does not fit or work! Requested refund and was given a song and dance about photographs and videos first. Took 2 weeks to receive even though I had a USPS tracking number, they did not receive the product for a week.

Received the ring that does not charge, turn on or work!!!
They only have an email for contact and keep on sending troubleshooting and requesting photos but will not respond to request for return/refund!!!!

I cancelled my order the second I made it bc I didn’t know what size. Never received refund.

DO NOT BUY! THIS PRODUCT IS GARBAGE! THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! BLOOD PRESSURE READINGS ARE WAY OFF! NOT EVEN IN THE BALLPARK! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE

Watch is dim and does not wake up when raising your wrist, complete waste of money, learn by everyone's mistake.

I too, followed the directions for sizing and the ring is too big. They will not exchange for smaller size. They force you to buy another to get correct size! Wish I read these reviews before buying!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I followed the sizing to the letter and the ring was too big! They will not refund or even exchange!!!!! Now I’m out $106.00 for NOTHING!!!!!

I ordered a watch and it was faulty.
Vitality sent a replacement that was also faulty, and now say because I had a replacement I cannot have a refund or another replacement.

This must be illegal, or a scam.
I'm going to report to trading standards, but I doubt I will get any money back or a working watch.

Thought I'd go for an upgrade on the watch I've had for several years. WRONG DECISION!
The watch lasted two weeks. Now completely blank, no use at all. What a scam. was taken in by the publicity. have learned an expensive lesson.

Yes these watches are a complete waste of time, donot work properly at all, wish I did more research b4 buying 1 ,the advert is completely rubbish comes directly from China in around 7 to 10 days

i read one about seniors. Very difficult to work. It cost £65 but not worth too much like hard work. I switched power of but can't switch back on and tried everything. Nowhere to go when you want help. OK if you are tech minded for people like me too difficult. Waste of money

Lying company. On the website it claims to be above 4 stars on Trust Pilot and have over 300 reviews. This is b#llocks. Fantasy figures. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I believed their advert that said they had a 4.8 rating from Trustpilot.
Instead, there are no reviews!!
The watch works fine but
- no ECG as promised in advert
- Blood pressure monitor is wrong by a significant margin i.e. to a dangerous level if anyone relied on it!!
- Step counter can't count. 3,500 steps showed 1,230.
- weather is garbage unless it thinks I am in a colder climate.
