Stay away from this company
They sent me a package that I never ordered. Then one more even after I told them that I never ordered the first one. Now they keep pestering me for payment and/or to return the packages. They finally agreed to stop bothering me and told me that my data was deleted from their systems. But today 4 months later they have started again!!!

If you made your order by mistake, you can easily cancel it. The information about how to cancel the order was sent to you right after the order was made.

Vey good products but improvement of communication by phone is needed
Apart of unnecessary and hard to understand long waiting time by phone to Swedish centre of Vitaliv, by example 1 hour continuously busy and after being the 3:rd in line I have waited 1 hour just to be unconnected, apart of the long waiting time the day after, I mean 1 hour 1 minute in the morning after opening time and placed like number 17 in que, otherwise very good products, very satisfied with the quality and effect of them, friendly persons to talk with and more than that willing to understand and solve the problem. I will continue and hopefully have the positive surprise to see the necessary improvement when one need to get in contact by phone. PS: Just to mention that the contact via email went very well, quickly and professional, without any shadow of trial to explain the long waiting phone times, but simply thanking and assuring that this issue will be mitigated and solved.

I think the same,I gave them 1 star since I can’t give minus. It is totally spam. They make you subscribe and you have to wait for the admission of cancelling. As soon as I saw the trick I cancelled the membership and now I’m waiting for their response. I won’t pay any money! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I live in the north, so I drink omega 3 all the time. Vitaliv allowed me not to worry about my supply, because they deliver omega directly to my home, convenient packaging and it fits my postbox, so I don't have to go anywhere else. I always get all the answers to all my questions per mail communication with the support. I'd say my skin and hair has improved significantly. Highly recommend
