I had a bad experience ordering from their website. The product never arrived. When I got in touch with their customer service, they claimed that according to the courier they use, this had been delivered. As it happened, I was home all day on the date they said delivery was supposed to have taken place. The doorbell didn't ring once and there was no note, so I don't think what they claimed was true. Also, according to the tracking link I had been sent, the package still showed as being 'out for delivery'. They did refund the cost of the order, but not the delivery cost, which was £3.99. So in essence, I was charged for absolutely nothing. Would never order from them again. I wish I'd seen the other reviews on here before ordering since it seems my experience was not unique.

I cancelled my subscription online with this company months ago. On 7/29 I received an email stating my "order was confirmed" I immediately started calling the company. Needless to say the product I did not order, nor that I approved to be charged for, arrived. I have left messages, also waited on hold then pressed one for the call back option, only to hear back form no one. when you send an email you get an auto response stating they get back to you in 14 days.
I don't care how good their product is. NO paying customer should ever have to go through this much trouble to get a hold of a company they are paying for a product. Before buying from any company, test out their customer service. spend your money with a company that cares about their customers.

I have had a monthly subscription with Vital Proteins for a year now, and I just want to start by saying I love the product. It really has done wonders for my skin and hair, and I initially wrote a glowing review on their own website. This 1 star review comes from a recent order they sent last month that was unsealed and therefore unusable. I called and left several messages, emailed and did the online chat service and there has been NO response from ANYone. This has been over a month now. I would hate to have to end my subscription because I do enjoy the product, but there are so many other collagen products out there I think I should probably start looking for a replacement. So disappointed. Loyalty to companies doesn't seem to mean the same thing it did in the past.

Really bad customer service, not offering a refund after waiting nearly three weeks for the order. I won't buy their products again.

I've bought vital proteins original collagen peptides with hyaluronic acid about six times - always from Whole Foods near my house. I noticed Costco is also carrying them but the version they are carrying does not have hyaluronic acid. I like this collagen, BUT, I have a
problem with the serving size. The container says that serving size is TWO scoops and it says 20 g after that. 20 grams is the size of the scoop in the container. BUT then it says " servings per container about 28." The front of the container says there are 568 grams. Doing the math 568 ÷ 2 scoops does not give you 28 servings. It gives you 14.2 servings. I have called Vital Proteins 3 times and every time they say they will call me back. And, surprise, they don't. Jennifer Aniston, I think you should reconsider your endorsement of this product. It is a multi-level marketing product. I have decided after I finish the current container I'm using, I will switch to another collagen product that my Doctor recommended and actually looks very good. I'm very disappointed in Vital Proteins.

I have ordered Unflavored Powder Collagen on the 22nd of December 2020 and I only receive a gift that comes with it. I’ve messaged them on the 2nd of January and Craig( customer service assistant) told me once is back in stock they will send it. After three months waiting to be back in stock I messaged the operators in the online chat- Matt and James, they told me the item is still not available and reassured me I will get a refund but ....nothing came through more than a week after the issued date. They were tossing me back and forth. Messaged them again after week and a half and I was told they have to “ check with they’re finance team »??? Finance team??? They told me the money are send to my card even said the number of it the last time we talk?
This is absolute absurd !!! I order regularly from many online businesses but that’s the second time I face a fake company!!
I hope many people will read this and be careful!!!

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered 2 x collagen peptides, nothing arrived, no refund and zero help from customer service, although I called them and they promised they will resend the order, they have NOT.

I can be fairly demanding client.
On this occasion I would like to change my review from completely unsatisfactory to extremely satisfactory.
My order has been delayed, but client service team did a great job in promptly resolving this issue.
Extremely great and quick communication from client service.
Looking forward to receive great product and order more in the future.

Since the below I requested a refund. I was told this would be actioned and someone would be in touch. 3 days later no news. I contacted them again reminding them they’ve had my money for 17 days and have just been told I am one of many customers who have experienced a ‘technical fault’ which they are working hard to fix and therefore no refund yet. A total joke. I bought through planet organic and it arrived in 2 days.

I would love to give this company the glowing review they seem deserve for their products but I’ve yet to receive mine 13 days after paid and ordered. Very little help from customer services who are apparently waiting for the warehouse to advise?! All the while no refund, no replacement, utterly no customer service. Sadly.

I am taking the Vital protein collagen peptides lately and I have seen good amelioration in my articulations and my skin have improved... mix very easy compare to other brands and doesn't taste nothing so easy to mix with mostly anything... Shop around, Amazon is to Expensive, got it at Natura Market.. around $10.00 less
