I've been using the Vital Pro 2.0 for a little over a week and the results have been remarkable.

I wanted to try red light therapy several reasons: anti-aging, chronic back pain and Grovers disease (a skin condition causing itchy red bumps on my torso). Within seven days of consistent use the Grovers flare up is almost completely gone. For anyone who deals with this issue, you know how difficult it can be to manage, so this result is a breakthrough for me.

I'm also seeing visible improvement in the depth of my smile lines and a reduction in my back pain. I will continue using my Vital Pro 2.0 and look forward to seeing more results in the months to come.

Amazing panel. Very large and powerful. A ton of settings. No noise. Bought the extra stand that allows you to rotate 360. Easy to put together. Incredible all around. Well, I’ve been using the Vital Pro 2.0 on skin, sleep, inflammation and joint pain settings. It is so warm and meditative. This morning I woke up having bitten the inside of my mouth. It was red and painful all morning for hours. Finally, I decided to use the skin setting for 10 minutes and as soon as I had finished, i looked in the mirror and it had healed over to white and it was less sore. Odd?! I can’t say what that means, but it was a rapid and unexpected healing process and I am grateful and impressed!!

This PBM is an upgrade from what I’d used for the past 6 years. The difference is significant due to the 9 vs 2 wavelengths. I pair it twice daily with my Pulse PEMF system. Morning’s to gently invigorate my senses and charge my cells. Before bed to relax and set me up for a restorative sleep.

I recently got a Vital Red Light device for my disabled daughter. She has arthritis and spasticity throughout her entire body. The devices seem powerful and solid quality, and the company has responsive customer service. Different staff gave me inconsistent information about their devices and functionality (vital pro and the vital charge) but the owner called me and resolved everything clearly. I am pretty hopeful and confident I will have therapeutic results with these devices over time, and can recommend this company. Solid product with helpful customizations (more power than others) and an upcoming app as well.

Can’t talk yet about the product itself. But I was charged 140$ extra, because of customs taxes (Europe). They said the shipment was free, so it was definitely a shock! I finally paid these customs taxes, as paying the return shipping back was not included and practically the same amount.
It would be ethical and professional, if the company informed of these high customs taxes to international clients. Not asking for an exact amount, but I’m sure, because of the expertise, they know that these taxes to Europe are over 100$

I’ve been using the pro model for about 3-4 weeks. I have already had clients commenting “what are you doing different with your skin?” My skin looks so amazing. I am waiting for some more long term benefits like better sleep, but so far incredibly satisfied.

The customer service at vital red light is outstanding. I ordered the mid size as a Christmas present and after getting an email that my order shipped, I got a call from the company that they oversold that model and no longer had it. They gave me an upgrade for a little up charge for the large one and it came on time for Christmas. They also sent me a stand for it for free. They gave me an excellent deal on the larger model and I was very happy with my purchase.

Just starting out, so I can't claim to see results yet -- however it's easy to use and position on my face and neck, and also on my legs. I like the soft sound of the fan, plus the warmth of the infrared. We'll see if I notice any changes on my skin after a few weeks ;-)

My Vital Red unit came quickly and was packed very carefully. It's also easy to set up and start using. I haven't had a chance to use it yet so I will give another review after I try it out.
