Signed up on Facebook...
I signed up for thyroid and saliva testing (via a Facebook webinar) in July 2026 for $644. I have been disabled since 1997 so it was a financial hardship, but I hoped it would help improve my health.
I received a copy of my lab results (LabCorp + saliva testing) on 7/21 and the functional medicine report on 7/23. I mentioned to the admin that I planned to record the consult and was told that I could not as it would be a HIPAA violation. (I didn't argue, although HIPAA protects the PATIENT, NOT the practitioner. She should've known this.)
My consult was on July 22. The first part of the video went over the medical info I gave them. That was a waste of time, because (1) I know what I wrote and (2) I typed up a copy of it before I sent it. (The form could not be saved as a PDF or printed from the screen-I tried.)
The call was scheduled for 90 minutes. I got about 35 minutes actual time (I had about 10 minutes of tech issues on my end.) It turned out to be more of a sales pitch. The minimum supplement package was $10,000 (I believe that was for a year). Once I told her I couldn’t afford that, we were done. I didn’t take any notes, because she told me I would get a copy of the video.
After we disconnected, I emailed the admin (VG) asking for a copy of the video. She sent the reports again. I thanked her and explained that what I wanted was the video. She said she didn’t have access to them, that Dr Redd was out of town, and she would discuss it with him on Monday.
When I didn't hear back from her I waited 4 full business days before emailing her again on the 29th asking for an update. NO RESPONSE.
On August 4, I called the office and left a message. As of today (8/8), I haven’t gotten a response by email, phone or text.
I was always polite and don’t understand why I’ve been ignored.
I thought I was going to get some advice, and got none. Please consider this if you are considering becoming their patient. Forewarned is forearmed.
I tried to post this to their Facebook group and discovered that all posts require Admin approval, so I doubt anyone will ever see it. I’m posting it here in the hopes that potential patients will.
