Found a limited edition perfume on this site that is sold out everywhere, so I crossed my fingers and toes that it was gonna be legit. My order was dispatched the same day and came really quickly, packed with so much care and with free samples that were a really nice touch. Couldn’t be happier!

I ordered numerous bottles of one perfume as I find it hard to find this particular item (Ralph Luaren - Safari 75ml Eau De Parfum) Unfortunately they did not have the total number of bottles (8 bottles) I immediately received an email telling me that they were awaiting stock. I was given four options, one was to refund, was was to send what they had and then the remainder, one was to wait and send it all together, one was to send what they had and refund the shortfall. Shim was very good at keeping me informed when I chose to have the first 3 sent then wait for more stock. People are all too good at commenting on bad sevice but I do feel that this was a really nice genuine company to deal with, and they deserve a 5* review !
