I love their products, esp the lip balms and lip masks. However, this is my first experience ordering from their website and it may be the last. I emailed them countless times all of which mostly went unanswered. I did not get a response until two weeks after I placed my order, and was told they weren’t able to fulfill several of my items, I also never received another response after their first one. I received the order, but there was one item missing. I have contacted a few times since receiving it , attempting to get resolution, and continue to not see a response. I love the products but I won’t buy from them directly anymore.

I tried vitamasques products 2 days ago they are awful as products ! I got a very bad itching all on my face and body still red face and burning / headache.. I spend 1 day in a hospital to get a treatment! I don't recommend att all ! I still didn't get my refund / money on my spending! Idk who is responsible when a client is in hospital not at home relaxing with the products!

I've tried a few Vitamasque products in the past but this new rebrand is amazing. The lip masks are as good as the market top sellers and they smell soooooo good! New skin products and masks are great additions. Love it.

Absolutely awful excuse of a company.
Placed an order and they lost it and then they asked me to send the details in an email and I didn't hear back from them so I emailed again and they still didnt reply.
NO telephone number so you can't speak to a person which is usually very suspicious.
Steer well clear, you'll be wasting your time.

UPDATE: 1 month since a reply from Danny and I still haven't had my delivery. False promises again.

I like to buy Vitamasques products every few months, I usually do a bulk order of all their wonderful masks, but since 2020, it's become more disappointing each time I shop.
They used to always have an incredible 30% off on the regular. Just after the lockdowns this changed to a rewards scheme which wasn't as good but with the price of inflation I understood the business needs. I was at that point still able to buy an incredible selection of sheet masks.
I've just gone on to purchase my regular top up and the website is empty. Are they in trouble financially???? A company called Vita"MASQUES", suddenly now only carries a skincare line and three sheet masks, which you can only buy in sets of 3. What happened to the product lines?!!??!

A brilliant company seems to have completely changed direction and given up on what they originally set out to do and become an industry leader for. Brilliant, well made, good quality and affordable sheet masks no longer available.
