Smooth transaction, good stock and quick delivery

Vitamingo had the US products I required at a reasonable price. My purchase was efficient and straightforward. Plus the delivery of my order was very quick, arriving earlier than expected.
All in all a great find and I'll have no hesitation in buying from Vitamingo again in future.

Terrible service. The product I paid for did not turn up and no one responds to emails or calls. Disgraceful.

I placed an order and paid for a product 9 days ago. I received an order acknowledgement saying it was being sent using a 24-hour tracked service by Royal Mail. The product has not turned up and there has been no further communication from the seller. I have emailed twice, filled out a form on their website and phoned 3 times (twice leaving voicemail messages as no one answers the phone) but have received no response. Presumably I will have to take this up with either Paypal or the credit card company I paid with and try to get my money refunded. It is apparently impossible to get anyone from this company to engage with me to sort this out. Things do go wrong sometimes but this complete lack of care for the customer trying to resolve the matter is disgraceful.

Dear Helen,

We would like to clarify the situation for accuracy.

You contacted us on the 16th of October about your order, and we replied the next day with the Royal Mail tracking link and proof of delivery, confirming that the parcel was delivered on the 10th of October and handed to a resident at your address.

After we sent you this information, we received no further reply from you. Since we had provided the proof of delivery and did not hear back, we reasonably assumed the matter was resolved on your side. If you had told us the parcel was still missing or that the proof of delivery was incorrect, we would have taken the next steps immediately — but without any response, we could not proceed further.

It is disappointing to see a 1-star review despite us responding and providing evidence, especially with no follow-up communication from your side.

We take customer service seriously and always resolve genuine issues, but we can only do so when the customer communicates with us.

Damaged packaging

I ordered a panoxyl face wash and when I received it, the box was damaged from every side. I have read multiple reviews quite like this one where their items also arrived damaged. If the business themselves understand that a mere envelope is not enough for a safe delivery, then why not do something about it and change the packaging??
The product usability and quality hasn't been affected in this situation but it is likely to happen to other users due to the lack of care in packaging.
Furthermore, regardless of the products usability, no one appreciates paying a decent amount for a product and receiving it in a disheveled state. It's just disappointing.

Fast delivery, Short expiry

Fast delivery, but the expiry date on the product is October 2025. Was expecting a longer timeframe before expiry since it’s not a product that is used daily, I will probably only use 1/4 of the pack before then. Upon seeing reviews seems to be a regular issue. I won’t order again, but it will do for now.
Thanks.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

We understand your concern about the expiry date, and we’d like to clarify that due to a system error, the product was mistakenly listed as 30 servings. While it contains 30 tablets, it’s not intended for daily use, so we completely agree that the shelf life should reflect occasional usage.

Unfortunately, a small portion of our recent batch was dated October 2025. We recognise this isn’t ideal for a product used intermittently, which is why we’ve now updated our stock and have already arranged for a replacement with a much longer expiry (August 2026) to be sent your way.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can assist further.

They are doing a good job.

It is true that the contact number on the website falls into a leave-a-message and the chat box does not work either, hence the 4 star. However, once you get your confirmation email, there is a number to call if you need to and that person is helpful, understanding and trying his best.
I believe they are trying to do a good job.
I got my product and it is fine.

Awful shysters I ordered Zapzyt wash…

Awful shyster. I ordered Zapzyt wash instead of gel by mistake- hardly an unforeseen or unexpected occurrence in the quotidian mundanity of running an online business. A good faith operator would respond immediately with “not a problem” type support to return or replace the item.
Countless emails and phone calls on their fake answerphone later over several days had still not produced any contact whatsoever.
Zero customer service, unaccountable. AVOID Owner Blazej Hamrouche not answering phone or emails in a timely fashion and full of puerile reactions when he did deign to reply only *after* I’d posted the truth about how he runs his shabby ego-led outfit.
Very unclassy web handle @MsTouchmytralala apparently obsessed with power and motorbikes, no relatable British values which is a comment on attitude of mind and normative national values which define how we expect to relate to each other in this case in the business arena, and not as he chippily and defensively moaned evidence of “racism”. I had to make repeated requests just to rouse him enough to proffer his initial patronising remark which was

“ Sorry, how old are you?”

never mind stir him to provide actual support to return a product- ie a routine business activity any reputable company would handle without the delays and incongruent remarks about a customer who had already spent over £50!

Contrary to his false assertion that I texted private staff numbers, the number I used was transparently online- how else would I find it? Why would I need to look for it if the headline customer phone number was ever answered? It’s normal for an ignored customer to try to reach the person responsible for being ignored via the usual online searches like Companies House whereas it’s sinister when that Company Director does the following:

He misused the private contact info I had given him to place my order in order to stalk me online to find out if I work with kids as if my professional life has any bearing on the justness of trying to secure customer service in a totally unrelated field- thus presenting a credible child protection issue- just in order to gaslight and belittle my legitimate concern about my query not having been addressed.
This behaviour is uncivilised and potentially dangerous.
I was sent a returns link that didn’t work then instead of responding in a professional and practical manner he wrote to me
“you are unable to follow simple steps and acting like a child”.
Whatever the cultural norms he is used to, I consider this disgusting individual unfit to run a business in this country. He certainly does not deserve my considerably valuable patronage and I urge all potential customers to spend their money elsewhere rather than enable an entitled egoist to continue basking in his inexhaustible vainglory.

PS his quaint delusion about being able to “dox” a Company Director is a laughable oxymoron which beautifully exposes the avoidant modus operandi I encountered

The customer mistakenly ordered the wrong product (Zapzyt wash instead of gel). Despite the error being entirely theirs, we offered a free return and full refund, even though their requested replacement was out of stock.

Before even attempting to process the return, the customer began spamming private staff numbers, sending hostile emails, and launching personal attacks. When they failed to complete the return label form (which requires only three address fields), they escalated the situation—sending dozens of rude messages, making false accusations, and even trying to dox the business owner online.

What’s most disturbing is that this individual is a childminder, yet chose to include a racist remark, saying the business owner lacks “British values” and is “just here to bleed money off us”—clearly targeting their ethnicity or background. If these are the values this person holds and is passing on to the children in their care, it raises serious and legitimate concerns about their judgment and fitness to work with young, impressionable minds.

Let’s be clear:

The order was delivered exactly as placed.

A no-cost return and refund were offered immediately.

No respectful inquiries were ignored.

Personal attacks, harassment, and racism were entirely unwarranted.

We treat all customers with fairness and respect—but we will not stay silent in the face of abuse, defamation, or xenophobia, especially from someone entrusted with a safeguarding role.

Excellent service

Ordered a pint jar of chlorophyl, was dispatched within an hour. Arrived 2 days later and packed incredibly well, with plenty of bubble wrap. Top notch service, and good prices too
