SCAM Sent me through to a very convincing fake PayPal link and then they stole my information. Over $500 stolen out of my account. SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE!

Terrible company!
I been waiting for my delivery over 3 weeks now!
I wrote to customer service snd no reply still!!

Couldn't fault this company. I read all the negative reviews after I had made my purchase and was worried my parcel wouldnt turn up. However, it turned up super quick! I was really impressed. Great prices. Easy website to navigate. Will definitely use again.

Will never order from this company again, money pay to paypal and no product arrive. Fake tracking number say DHL from the usa but not Australia. Product never arrive. It take 2 months already nothing arrive

I buy pet foods from them which you can’t buy in Australia. Their prices are very reasonable. Items are always in excellent condition & packed very well.

Items never arrived. They refused to refund me or help me in anyway even though i could prove items weren't delivered. Scam. Ships out of US not AU

My order wasn't delivered. After 3 months of waiting (and no updates on their online tracking system), I emailed customer service, only to be told that they'd attempted to deliver it once, but couldn't enter my property. Then, with no communication to tell me that delivery had been attempted (not by post, email, phone, or on their online tracking system), they sent the shipment back to the US. After 10 months, I still haven't received my order or reimbursement and they've stopped responding to my emails. This is literally the worst "service" I've ever experienced.

Definitely do not order from this company. Very misleading using AUSTRALIA in their name and an 'au' website! Ordered 7 weeks ago, still have not received order. Contacted 'customer service' twice, just get system generated replies blaming pandemic. I have since placed 2 orders with iherb and received both! Have requested a refund but will not refund unless l return stock, well l would if i had it!!! I wish l had read the reviews before ordering. They only post positive reviews on their website of course! Do not use this company unless you want to be added to the list of people who have been ripped off!!

Exactly the same as Greg. This company should be avoided AT ALL COSTS. Do not trust them. Their customer service is extremely rude, I've never experienced anything so bad.
You'll lose your money and not see the product

Never recieved my order. Your customer service in trying to sort the issue has been EXTREMELY poor. Your support people have been rude to deal with and very unhelpful.

Am sure you have heard this before however I will never use your company again and will make sure that I let as many people know how bad your service is.

I am out A$124 with nothing to show for it. What a rip off.
