Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service. I’ve been waiting for my goods for 1 month. I’ve emailed countless times. My money has been taken with no product. Utterly unbelievable, the blatant disregard for customer care or general human-ness is shocking.

All of the product I bought were leaking.
Contacted vitamist & they said they would help but in fact did nothing & do not answer e-mails or their own website chat.

Ordered something on the 12th April and still haven't received it!
Said they would resend product.
Seller then ignored multiple emails and messages on contact form on website when the item never arrived. Finally had to open a dispute on PAYPAL to get my money back!!
Wish I could give less than 1 star!

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered nearly two weeks ago and haven’t received my order or got notification of shipping. I’ve emailed and chatted online without success and can’t get a refund.
I’d never use or recommend this company again. I’m going to have to do a chargeback with my bank.

Poor communication
I have contacted this company on three occasions. The first time they replied with a one word answer which I found pretty rude. On the second two occasions I have not had any reply to my question on how they test their fish oils for Mercury. This makes me wonder and so I won't be purchasing
