Product that I had ordered was delivered on time. Price was good and delivery was prompt.

Just received my order. 3 glass bottles were wrapped perfectly. Best wrapping I've seen. 2 bright stickers on box warning of fragile items. Arrived in a very reasonable amount of time and price was good. Excellent, definitely recommend.

DONT order from them they took a picture of the wrong apartment door marked delivered after writing them and being ignored I got a message two weeks ago saying they would investigate just got an email today after waiting two weeks I can’t get a ré shipment nor refund

They have a wide range of products and your order is delivered in a timely manner. I’m trying to shop ‘Canadian’ and Vitasave has all I need for supplements.

oh yeah. What I ordered wasn’t available when I bought it… (why sell it?) BUT in all fairness it was refunded… but then I got the extra item that I didn’t actually want (but I’m a sucker for free shipping so ordered it) … so basically got the item I did not want and paid for the shipping.
Also: I reiterate: I really do not know what this product is supposed to do. I feel this is very close to homeopathic nonsense.

Up date - expedited delivery of my order. Not sure what I’ll do next. So far not too happy. Ordered my vitamins a month ago.

I would prefer to give a 0 star. If you have a problem with your damaged order, good luck getting a resolution in a timely fashion, even with photos supplied and everything! First email I sent of the issue, automated message. Fine but got no reply. I forwarded the original message to them again with a new reply that I want a refund and update, etc....If they didn't send the SAME reply. Did they even read the email?? So, I replied back AGAIN. Will I get the same reply a 3rd time? Sat on the phone almost 15 min on hold before an automated reply said they were busy and to phone back. Extremely frustrated. I simply want a refund for item that leaked all over the box of which Canada Post repackaged and had throw out and replace the item that was all wet and sticky that came in the box. It's not a complicated issue and should be a no brainer! In the meantime, I have no product and they have my money!

NEVER MEVER AGAIN. Worse service ever. Never answer on the phone, no response on the email. I would recommend stay away from this scammers.

I made a change on my order, and realized that the billing was wrong. I tried to call, but they never answer the phone (was on hold for 15mn several times, no matter what time of day I was calling).
The billing issue was not resolved after many emails!

Never received shopping confirmation, nothing. No answer to my emails.
Had to start PayPay dispute,.no answer from seller,refunded by PayPal.
Never again, would not trust this seller.

Wrong product was shipped. 5 phone calls all dropped after 15 minutes on hold. Needed to send 10 emails asking for a response. Over a week and still no word on my order being shipped. Basically very happy when things go right but NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT when things go wrong. Just ghosting

Delivered to some random address that doesnt even exist, NOT the address I delicately entered into their website. I dont even know how to get a refund so they essentially ripped me off for 112$. Would recommend you dont waste your time here and buy from somewhere else.
