Hi, thank you for letting us know. Our order page shows each package with its price per bottle together with the total price for the full package before payment, so a total that is a multiple of the per-bottle price is often linked to a multi-bottle package or a recurring plan selected alongside a one-time order.
We’re sorry this wasn’t the amount you were expecting. We’d like our team to look into your order, so please contact us via our support page (https://support.vitaslimex.com/hc/en-de) with your order number or the email used at checkout, and we’ll follow up with you directly.

SCAM WARNING
SCAM WARNING! Started well but when I tried to cancel the order less than 12 hours later, was told no way and then sent a long rigmarole about various return options, all costly to me. What happened to their customer satisfaction promise? Have since realised this is a scam, not just UK but also Europe, plus you need to be careful that they don't charge you again and again as they seem to think you have some kind of subscription.

Hello, thank you for sharing this, and we’re sorry for the frustration it has caused.
Our processing and shipping move very quickly, which means an order can already be on its way shortly after it’s placed, and that is why changes after that point are handled through our return process. We’d like our team to review your order and walk you through the options available. We can also confirm whether any recurring plan is attached to your order, so you can be sure nothing further will be charged unexpectedly.
Please contact us via our support page (https://support.vitaslimex.com/hc/en-de) with your order number or the email used at checkout, and we’ll follow up with you directly.

I paid for luckily one bottle
I paid for luckily one bottle before actually researching it online and this has nothing to do with Dragons’ Den. It’s not actually a weight loss tablet or helps you with losing weight. I’ve tried to cancel it with my bank but it’s pending so it won’t let me cancel it.
When I reviewed it, it said this
“ Any claim that Vitaslimex was featured on Dragons’ Den is completely false. It is part of a widespread diet pill advertising scam.
