Haven’t had them long enough to notice a difference yet. The packaging and convenience for me is a winner! I absolutely love I don’t need to decant multiple different vitamins etc into container, it’s so convenient and easier to remember! Great price too!

I've been using Vitl for 6 months
I've been using Vitl for 6 months now and it's been effortless throughout. The DNA test and expert call has told me more about myself...and the personalised vitamins have been helping.
I wanted to make changes to my vitamins and Lika was able to help me amend my order and based on my latest health quiz we were able to update my personalised vitamins.

Great customer service when asking any questions. Had no problems at all, the subscription works well and had one of their tests and they were really helpful with interpreting the results. A personalised service with products devised for you. Thanks Lika, you’re a great asset to Vitl!

Vitamins that make a difference.
Really like vitl, the survey is quick and easy to do and then the vitamins subscription is great. I've definitely felt an uplift in energy since starting on them. Recently had to contact the customer service team as I changed address and forgot to change my subscription. They responded quickly and was able to hold my delivery until I confirmed my new address.

Great customer service team
So far I’ve had a really positive experience using Vitl! The personalised vitamins are good. Recently I had an issue with a DNA kit that I ordered a few years ago, and Lika from the customer service team arranged to have a new one sent out at no extra cost as mine was no longer valid. Super quick and friendly customer service, really pleased with the solution offered.

I have been using vitl collagen and vitamin c for months. My skin is glowing, nails stronger and I love the taste. Just increased my monthly supplies because it’s 20 in a bottle and I do not want to miss any day in a month.
Excellent customer service, from quick replies to availability of support. Subscriptions can be paused at any time. Truly hassle free.

Great customer support
Although I did not try the Vitl products, I had the chance to interact with the customer support team regarding my husband’s account.
Lika from the Vitl team very quickly helped me with my with my request. They promptly cancelled the subscription and offered a refund for the items that were returned. Thank you!
