Absolutely shocking company. I was sent fish oil capsules labelled as vegan. Emailed them it took awhile but I did get a response and an offer of a free subscriptions for six months. I tried that for three months but was charged each month. The customer service is absolutely diabolical. Thankfully, I do not have an allergy but for someone that does their mistake could’ve been fatal. I am now looking for a new vitamin supplier. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

EDIT: Changed down to one star, all six packs of women's 50+ multivitamins arrived with tablets and inside of bag covered with a wet sticky brown substance, first message sent to website was ignored, second message conversation I was told I would be sent ONE packet with an added message of making sure I sealed them back up properly as if it was my fault they were faulty when it was how they arrived. Also the seal breaks away from bag instead of coming apart upon first opening on the q10 tablets. After 3 weeks there are still no replacements. I thought I had been the lucky winner of a gift voucher for Vitmedics but turns out not so lucky after all.

Easy to use website, excellent that everything is vegan. Good email communication updates and good delivery times.

Good range of supplements on this site and the questionnaire about what vitamins you may need was very informative. I ordered calcium tablets.
They are larger than expected and hard to swallow!

UPDATE…….after speaking to Phoebe, the issue was quickly resolved.

I received my monthly subscription but when I opened the package it was empty, no vitamins! ! I e-mailed but have heard nothing from Vitmedics. Very disappointed as this the second time my order has got be wrong. The last time they sent someone else’s order! Very disappointing.

2 of my vitamins haven’t been sent and I’m still waiting for them. Not great as a first time customer

I couldn’t love these anymore ! My skin , hair and overall appearance is so much healthier and people keep mentioning that my skin is glowing .
I have been underweight for quite some time but I now have an increased appetite and lots more energy .

Been using Vitmedics for a while now and they never dissappoint. All the products are packaged sustainably and the evidence base is reassuring and strikes me as better than the competitors. Good customer service when needed.

Really happy with my purchases from Vitmedics - the whole process through the website is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Super quick delivery and I love that the vitamin packs are tailored to me personally - I notice they can also help with guidance for those on specific medication as well as people like me who just want to improve their overall health!

Brilliant idea! The questionnaire was really quick and easy, and there was no obligation to make a purchase. I received my vitamins through the post within 2 days.

Excellent service, excellent product and price.

So many mistakes. The discount code didn’t work, and I had to notify them of this. They failed to respond to my message on Instagram AND their own website within a week. They can’t get basic customer service right, and my questions took some time to get responses from the team- as in longer than a week. They rectified this by offering a 30% discount for a future purchase- which wasn’t satisfactory. They provided a refund of an item on my request. Customer service is so important, and it’s a shame they couldn’t get that right. In addition, I notice their CEO Mike has responded to this poor review in one day, which is much quicker than they did when I asked them for assistance on a range of issues.
