Excellent company.. first class.. nothing was too much trouble .. I had an issue wile away on holiday ( travel company had gave me a wrong return date ) … was no concern to Vitiotaxi on message and he couldn’t do enough to help us out in the situation.. extremely excellent service .. great lads

Excellent, reliable and professional service. Tom and our driver kept us up to date as to our pick up from booking. Our driver arrived early due to the weather being cold and windy which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use Vito Taxis again.

This is a very reliable transfer service. Tom is a clear communicator, arrives early and is very professional. We have used several times for various trips including airport transfers and going to concerts. Would highly recommend.

The service provided from booking through to the transport on the day was amazing. The team go above and beyond with their customer service. We were even given 6 complimentary cocktails for our journey which I thought was a lovely touch. I couldn’t recommend Vito Taxi Transfer enough and I will definitely book with them in the future.

I did my first trip solo out of the country in July of 2025, and I chose to make my arrangements from the airport to my hotel with Vito taxi service. I spoke to Mike from the beginning to the end of my journey with my transfer services. He was kind, if I needed anything I could easily text and ask him, good conversation, and gave me information on the history of Liverpool. He had taken me to the Liverpool cathedral, and we walked around together as he gave me a bit of history on the building, and let me view a few other things around the same area. If anyone is looking for a taxi service to get you around Liverpool, Vito taxi service is highly recommended. Mike seems like to be a great guy, and I will definitely use him again on my next trip to Liverpool. I appreciated everything he helped with.

Driver Rob arrived in plenty of time for both journeys
The Mercedes was an immaculate 6 seater with plenty of space

I recently used Vito Taxi Transfer for an airport transfer in Liverpool, and I was thoroughly impressed. The taxi was impeccably clean and fresh, making for a very pleasant journey. The driver was punctual, arriving exactly on time, which is always a relief when you're on a tight schedule for a flight.
