Great product and great customer service! They answered every question I had promptly and the bar velocity measurement was very user friendly. It could not be easier to read or interpret. I have priced out a few different companies and these are by far the cheapest and most accurate for the money. They also offer an excellent warranty to replace anything that gets busted, which is how I can easily sell them to the people who do my budget!

I've been using this product for a few weeks with student athletes and in a rehab setting. Overall, it has been an awesome addition. The realtime feedback, ease of setup, and versatility has been unmatched. The encoder and app come stock with movements that are clearly optimized but it can be utilized with many more. The addition of this tool has been a very positive experience so far!

I have been using the Vitruve unit now for about 4 weeks. The ease of setup is amazing, minus situational exemptions. However, my training has been completely optimized and elevated since adopting VBT into my training toolbox. The Vitruve unit is quick and easy to calibrate daily readiness and predict training maxes down to the T. I have been communicating with the Vitruve team and I would recommend a few updates or modifications, but at the price point and for the data that it provides in seconds is unmatched and I would recommend this product to any coach or fitness professional trying to learn more and give their athletes and clients the best experience possible! Thank you Vitruve for making VBT affordable and easy! Keep up the hard work. I am excited to see what will come from all of this.

The encoder is AN AMAZING PRODUCT!!! I love seeing what velocity I’m exerting for each lift, as well as the data that supports it. Seeing what my e1RM performed on that day was extremely helpful is determining what loads I should use for my working sets. Thank you for an outstanding product! Please continue to push the envelope on strength performance!

Very user friendly. Clean looking. Versatile. Software is great for quick competitive feedback

The Vitruve VBT unit is a great tool to help track bar speed/velocity and range of motion throughout your workout. This unit paired with the app is a great source of feedback that helped me know how fast and well I was moving, which gave me some insight on how to load or deload the bar throughout the workout. Shipping was handled very effectively and customer support has been very helpful. I will admit the app took some getting used to, but after a couple days, it was very easy to use. Highly recommend this product!

Very good customer service. I took away one star because there was misunderstood of shipping in the beginning and I needed to clarify that.

Despite staff shortage's i still got my unit fast and Went i asked for updates i got a prompt and very polite reply

It took ages to ship the item but finally got it and super happy with it, I mentioned that in the app review that the single user app needs updates but the device is pretty good and easy to use, and would highly recommend it. The designers of the app need to consider that not only weight lifters utilize it and need some flexibility in the app to add different custom exercises, I use it during my training session for sport climbing and do measure all sort of stuff :)

Best velocity bar tracker on the market !

I had some difficulties with my velocity unit tracking all my lifts consistently and accurately. When I reached out for support from the Vitruve team, they were very responsive and helpful in helping me troubleshoot my issues. More than one staff got in contact with me to help resolve the difficulties I was having. The staff were always polite and quick to respond to me. I can tell they stand behind their product one-hundred percent. I will continue to support this company knowing they have excellent customer service.

I had a great experience with Vitruve! The customer service was second to none. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner and they even scheduled a video chat with me to make sure I knew how to use everything properly.

From the the first contact with Vitruve and their team, it has been nothing less than steller. The encoder is by far one of the best I have used and their Teams Software is fantastic. Simple and easy to use for my athletes to understand. I love the leader board aspect of the software as well to get my athlete competeting. Customer serivce has been wonderful and tey are always quick to respond or help. They are constantly improving their product to make sure it is the best out there. I would recommned buying it for your team or yourself!
