Paid more than what Vitta Gold confirmed I will have to pay
Vitta Gold stated that I will have a free shipping and sent me a confirmation with this but UPS charged me 73.36$ to be able to receive my package. The site didn't state that I will be charged for shipping and confirmed that I will have free shipping but I finally had to pay a lot more than what the site specified.
They should have stated from the start that shipping fees might be applicable depending on your location to avoid this misunderstanding.
Now I can't return the product since I don't have the product in my hand until I pay the supposedly "free shipping" and when I pay the shipping if I return the product I would have lost 73.36$. This is not fair and unclear.

Great products, takes a bit of time to understand how to use them and the process will be a bit longer than some other brands i have tried. But smell is nice, fumes are less so thats better.
Overall products are great and clients are satisfied!

I followed them on IG for a while to see their results and make up my mind to invest in them or not.
Best decision was to reach out and get few of my questions answered. Francisco not only did AMAZING job with communication, answered all the questions, but also made me feel like a friend not just another costumer to them. Then I moved forward with their Expert certification and do not regret it for a second.
Any time I have questions, especially when my client is right there and new situation arises where Im not sure what to do - Francisco and Jussara are quick to answer when it matters the most!
