Poor service.
Food was decent, but service was atrocious. Slow and surly. Took an hour before main course arrived, having waited 20 mins to order.

Unfortunately I can only leave a bad review, we’ve always ordered from here and in the past two years had no issue
This time was a different story and let me start off by saying I know mistakes can happen but this is actually so dangerous and nearly cost a life! Uber eats thought they’d resolve the matter via a refund and then cut me off the chat!
As I bit into a chunk of chicken from my madras I chewed on something other than chicken! And before you know it I was choking, luckily managed to get out what was lodged in the back of my throat .. it looks like a solid piece of yellow plastic and so sharp it’s actually cut the back of my throat
Never again will I order from here.
Firstly I understand that New Years Eve is a busy time for any restaurant and that customers should expect to wait slightly longer to receive their food orders. Unfortunately, after an hour and a half of waiting for our meals, I reminded the head waiter that as a party of six people we were still awaiting the arrival of our food orders. After more waiting, the food arrived over cooked and cold, some of the dishes were returned to the kitchen and re-heated.
Upon requesting our bill, we politely mentioned that we had waited longer than expected to receive our meals and that some food dishes had arrived cold. We were instantly met with confrontation from the restaurant manager (Ali), claiming that the food was the usual standard served and that we didn't really have any reason to complain.
After we offered some further feedback to the manager, we were asked the following question... 'do you expect me to worship you?'. No Ali, we didn't expect you to 'worship' us, we only expected to be spoken to politely with some understanding of the issue and treated as a family of customers with respect.
I would suggest that the manager of this restaurant learn a thing or two in customer service from his younger staff members, whom we found were very polite and respectful.

the best Indian food i have had in a long time
