Great value for money and set me up for success

I’ve had a genuinely great experience with Viva. From the outset, everything has felt smooth, professional, and well-organised, which made a big difference in building trust and confidence.

What stood out most to me was the level of support and communication. Any questions I had were handled quickly and clearly, and I always felt like I was being looked after rather than just processed. The team comes across as knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping clients get the best outcome.

The overall service feels thoughtful and well-structured, with clear systems in place that make everything easy to navigate. It’s rare to find something that balances efficiency with a personal touch, but Viva seems to do that really well.

I’d definitely recommend Viva to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive experience. It’s been a pleasure working with them.

The entire program has been mind blowing! I have done a few property programs previously but Viva has exceeded all of them. The level of detail, tools, the weekly coaching calls and the community have all helped given me clarity and confidence in learning subdivision and executing. A special shout out to Michael who goes 'above and beyond' to over deliver and really care about his member's progress and results. I would absolutely recommend this program to anyone!

Michael's experience and knowledge is exceptional. The structure of the education makes it easy to follow, but having Michael actually review your potential site etc has been the key for my confidence as well as having all the support from the community.

Over the past 6 months Viva has helped me completely change the way look at Reale Estate! It has empowered me with a skill set I never thought possible. I like the various education options available, either online education on how to find and structure deals, or 1:1 coaching, with option of assisted deal finding. I like the community of like minded people and networking opportunities.
